What a great illustration. Tetris is exactly how I feel I can start making sense out of this decluttering journey. I am easily overwhelmed and then paralyzed not knowing where to begin sometimes. And then, I just start. This mind shift is definitely going to help me continue on this journey. Thanks again! ❤
You put together this very educational video beautifully! Very good nudges in there to push past our mental limits/fences. When you said "practice makes perfect", it reminded me that I learned a rephrased version of that years ago which I found empowering so I share it here: "practice makes progress" :) AND I love the container method. Among the most effective ones for me. Example: I consolidated after a move memory items that first fit into 6 boxes... then consolidated further, down to 4... then 3... And taking a few pictures along the way really helped, because I can help my brain remember that we DID make progress. ( I am on a journey with decluttering for about 3-4 years now and it's becoming more enjoyable over time.) Quite a fascinating process and so liberating. You said it earlier in a video: FREEDOM it is ultimately that we gain back. Our Vision for what we truly want guides us. Thanks very much for your work and Inspiration 🌟
Ah yes and I agree, the process definitely teaches us so much about ourselves! Bit uncomfortable, bit squeaky, bit scary at times, but coming out with a clearer Mind and a more full and happy Heart at the other end☺
I love your purse by the way! So i donated my laminator today ..everything i have ever made with it has been thrown away. All it has done was give me an excuse not to play with my kids. I would make learning binders for my kids but not even use them.. I spent so much time creating them.. I decluttered 3 giant boxes of learning activities i created for my kids but never used them because i didnt want to have to sort the pieces if they got all mixed up.. for me decluttering them helped me to let go of a fantasty self of mine... I dont have the mental bandwidth to actually use them. The homeschool school curriculum i chose is enough to educate my children.. and i will not waste my precious time on something like that again
@minimalease not for me. I have to turn the volume up 2x, so when commercials come on, I get a panic jump every time. 😂 I thought someone else would have pointed it out by now. This is my first ever UA-cam comment and I am a millennial, so it's a big deal. Haha.
This is my first video of yours, but I came from another video. It’s definitely quieter than all the other ones that I’ve been watching. Just you know. :-)

Thank you for helping us❤ but the problem is when I want to declutter I don't know exactly this one is really needed or not 😢 so I keep it!
I'm not sure if it's just me, but the volume has been much lower in the more recent videos.
Is that a good thing? Hahah thanks for telling me!

I thought you were talking about the "volume" of her stuff 😂 haha
Yes the audio has been very low. I have to turn it up to 80% to actually hear you
