Very beautifully explained .. thanks for sharing such videos.
I just wanted to give my kids example : two , one is 4 yrs and the other 5yrs old. Both used to watch Peppa pig alott... I decided to change it and provide some peppa pig toys initially and develop their interests in virtual play. I found them directed in this way and provided a play house as well. Now they hardly watch it on tv and most of the time play with their favorite character^s toys . Example role play. And they also mimic the episodes that they had watched so far.
Same with other, like provided them eElsaa / Enna toys. Puzzles, Legos, drawings pens snd sketches etc... more space to by themselves..
It was just my approach and found it working for us. And I believe it may work for other young children as well if its acceptable for you .

screen time affects sleep, relations, less attention span, less focus, spend time with children, slowly decrease time on phone, dont put your phone all day in your hand, put it away, involve yourself in activity where u dont use phone, make free zone , go for outer activities,
