Solomon is a good friend of mine. He was always honest, humble and extremely respectful to all. He never too a short cut and it appears that going on the main road will get you to your destination much faster. Remain dedicated, remain focused and be kind like Solomon.
he is talking a real life story, he is a very nice person, ones I have get him in jimma airport when I was a child and the same thing happen, he was ready to show his plane and that child time was not forgettable throughout my life. ❤❤

I was born in sheka( masha) when i was kid he is one of example for all of us. Sheka is one the place high density of forest, there is high product of natural honey, kocho, photo, cabege, avocado........ the sheka community have good attitude for education i am witnesses for this. Currently i am not living in Ethiopia. I miss my country!!!

The first time I saw Captain Solomon was when I was in highschool on Arhibu program on ETV. I wanted to be a pilot at the time and was so excited to hear from him. I wanted to call to talk to him then, but I was not good in Amharic so I just enjoyed the interview.

This is an excellent example of leading a purposeful life! I share his vision. Many countries, including nations with fewer population than us, have more than one flagship airlines. For more than 100 million people, we need, at least, a couple of major airlines and special purpose aviation companies...

I don't have a slice of practical experience in aviation industry as him, which I guess is very complex and frequently changing, which requires a special training on many dimentions of the buisness. Also, he had a first hand experience and knows every in and out of not only piloting, but also many related roles and compwtencies. Why not he compose a book that focus on customized operation and leadership of the buiness in Ethiopian context. That way he may reach to many and create a meaningful impact.
