Offices (prophets, apostles, pastors etc) shall only pass when perfection is established
When there's a gift without an office, there's no regulator of the gift and can bring a lot of error
You can only judge when you have an office
It is important to submit to authority that will rebuke when necessary without preferential treatment

Signs of an Apostle:
- signet of the Spirit that He sent them
- revelation and insight
- teach new doctrines by bringing the old to light
- commentators of the mind of the Spirit
It takes an apostle to teach the church, not just a prophet
In the universal church, apostles take preeminence over prophets (because of works)
In the local church, prophets take preeminence over apostles (because of gifts)
God's works = partial manifestation of His presence
God's ways = perpetual manifestation of His presence
Gifts are needed to show unbelievers God is with you
God's ways are needed to show believers that you know God
When so-called "apostles" have nothing to show forth, it's because they are not called by the Holy Spirit
Those who claims there's no more Apostles and Prophets, should go and read Ephesians 4:8-11. Verse 8 Said after Christ ascended gave all these gift (mentioned in verse 11) to men, not only the 12 Apostles he called before his Ascension, but after his Ascension. Mind you, Apostle Paul was not even among the 12 who saw & worked with Jesus physically, but was called an Apostle after Ascension, he only knew him by revelation, which is still possible today. So if they claimed there's no Apostles and Prophets, then it will also be true there's no Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers in the body of Christ again, which is not correct. Let such people read 1Corinthians 12:28, Ephesians 4:11; Romans 12:6, Acts 13:1-2 (Verse 1 said certain Prophets, meaning they were many, then the Holy Ghost said they should separate these two for the work he has called them, who were Apostles by their calling. These establishes that the Holy Ghost is still calling as many as he will today, because he still speaks till date and calls men to God's work)
People stop saying Apostle isn’t a office because it is. Acts 1:20 says office. Which means place of leadership or Position. As in a mayor and governor and president. All those are offices of leadership.
Apostles and prophets have not ceased. There is no scripture to support the argument that they have ceased. However, there is no such thing as an “office”. Where, it says of Judas, “let another man take his office” (in some translations), the word is episkopoi (overseer). Where it says “all men have not the same office” (cf Ro. 12:4) the word “office” is “praxis” (function or practice). Where Paul wrote, “I magnify my office” (Ro. 11:13), the word “office” is diaknoia (deacon or service or ministry).
Not one single verse speaks of “OFFICE of an apostle” or “OFFICE of a prophet.”
If one is presuming to teach as an apostle he should know such things. He does not teach what he has heard from others. He teaches truth without error as the Lord taught him.

What about the offices of Pastors and Evangelists and Teachers? Are they not all part of the fivefold? Then there should be no pastors and evangelists and teachers according to what you are saying. Do you have a pastor?

Oh dear, every man wants to be right. This is the problem with the Church of today everyone wants to be the judge and everyone one is forgetting their is only one judge ww must pray for the spirit of discernment before we call someone out wrongfully just saying 🙏

The part of scripture in 1 Corinthians 13 you are quoting is speaking of love not office.

What is true is this: it is God (by His grace) that know one first and without Him knowing one, one can NOT know God. Meaning if God those know you first there is no way you can come to know Him
