Thanks, I was having a hard time trying to get Chapters to show in the Menus.

No you can't play the video with audio in DVDStyler.
Use something like Subtitle Edit that shows both video and audio wave form and note the times where you want chapters.
And perhaps watch this

This was so helpful! It is totally stupid that you can't select chapters in the 'VMGM'. Doesn't make any sense!

About subtitles you can
1) Create them in DVDStyler:

2) Or create (better looking ones) yourself:

3) Or hardcode them with the subtitles/ass filter
