Thank you so much for showing the construction of this entire little book project! Your narrative was loaded with helpful hints that will insure that we can make this for ourselves. Fellow craft show artists will appreciate the planned efficiency of paper use. This is important when you're looking at production costs. I like the design continuity of having the same decorative strip at the bottom of the z-fold panels. I'm laughing at myself for jumping to a wrong conclusion. I thought that rounded envelope corner would be, as usual, the top flap of the envelope. Surprise! That added strength layer is a great idea! The spine embellishment is just perfect on this project...love the sound and feel of the dangling charms!! I think this is the feature, solidified by the ribbon closure, that moves this project from a folio to a "book" format. Really nice design work, Ginny! Chicken soup (also known as "Jewish penicillin" when I was growing up in the Chicagoland area) is a sure fire, feel better "medication" for treating a cold...works every time...the more garlic, the better! At this time of year, it'll keep the vampires away, too! Could not resist that one! Just heard another radio ad for your state: "Michigan is a magnet for inventors and innovators!"
Hahahah vampires! You're so funny : ) Do you have tables at craft fairs? I've never done that as I'm usually the last to know when things are going on lol

Gorgeous album. I made what I thought was an album. It was made of chipboard and I covered it with paper, embellishments, etc. It was the ugliest thing I'd ever made. Never made one again, lol. Tfs Darlene
