    I can't decide if I'm more impressed by the techniques shown or the high ranking assistant that has persisted against aging.

    Sir you are just amazing ...will you please suggest me what Martial arts form is better for self defense against 3-4 people who never learn self defense ..bjj/ mma /muay thai ...??? thanks🙏🙏

      Thank you very much. And I personally think everyone should build a foundation with Jiu-Jitsu, and that there is no great art for fighting multiple opponents. However, knowing striking and creating angles and being able to move standing are all important considerations for fighting more than one person. For that reason I would suggest also training boxing and/or Muay Thai.

    Knowing you have options is always better than thinking you have no options in grappling.

    Why the blue patch on the belt? I'm used to seeing a red one. Is this another form of jiu jitsu than BJJ?

    • @KnightJiuJitsu
      @KnightJiuJitsu 3 роки тому

      I’m a black belt under Royce Gracie. He uses the blue sleeve instead of the red.

      Royce was my professor (along with Fabio Santos) for several years from about 1990. Thanks for the reply!

    I love the content of this channel, but I can’t help but feel like the presentation of techniques is always rushed. Like, slow down, Eli! I need something to study.
