I am curious why we need to subtract the figure from 1 in 6:18 of 13:05 mins, it applied only in this formula or it depends on how much we specific of that particular number. Thank you in advance.
Hey, helpful video - shouldn't the second example be "CANNOT be more". If the Downtime cannot be less than 1 min, you could offer a 0% uptime SLA and still not breach contract?
