MEMPHIS police have cameras all over town. my cousin is a cop there. they have an app were they can just enter color and make of vehicle and enter a time frame and the app will show photos from every camera you passed during that time all anywhere in the city. if they have a plate number its even more precise. he showed me how it worked by putting my plate# in and immediately asked me what i was doing downtown on riverside drive at 2am. i was leaving beale st. if the car wasnt stolen they will be caught as the police will comb the area of the last photo looking for the vehicle in a driveway or backyard.
