I love your pattern and I’m trying to make a shirt for myself. I’m a large so would I still chain 161 and use 29 for under the arms? Or should I chain 176 and still use 19 for the arms? I’m still new to crochet so any help would be appreciated.

do you have two separate balls of yarn for the front and back parts? Or did you cut the yarn when transitioning between the two?

I had 3 yarn balls (interunet.com/white-jasmine-top-crochet-pattern). I try to cut yarns at the very end of a project (if possible). Happy crochet!

Hii...I'm from India...I just love ur crochet work...I'm very new in crocheting..so wanted to know what would be the foundation chain counting for XL size?? Would appreciate your suggestions..thank u

Hi Mahasweta Chattopadhyay,
For the size XL, I would make a foundation chain of 193 chs (it will depend on your gauge) interunet.com/white-jasmine-top-crochet-pattern to work 12 repeats. Then I'd make some adjustments to the pattern:
Back part
1st row - (ch1, sk1, sl.st.1) x 5, ch1, sk1, sc1, [ch3, sc1 under ch between 7th and 8th dc CL, ch3, trc dec1, ch3, sc1 under ch between 2nd and 3rd dc CL, ch3, sk2, sc1, ch3, sk3, sc1] x 4 + RC3 (to work 10 repeats of jasmine st)
Under each arm chain 19 to work 2 repeats. Happy crochet!
