I actually just felt tingly and I felt myself curling up nuzzling into my pillow thinking it was you even thought it was not really a subjection and just sat there kinda dazed but calm at the same time
My friend's been missing for a few days, I've been killing myself with my own paranoia, thanks. I haven't listened in a while but, it just appeared in my recommended again, and honestly. Glad I decided to take my time for it, I feel like I don't have to worry again. Thanks, Nimja.
1. Thank you so much for making these videos so often. I just started using them to relax and enjoy life more. 2. I wonder if you, Nimja, can put yourself in a hypnotic trance? I think it's similar to meditation. Before I discovered your channel, I got into this kind of hypnosis/meditation stuff because I accidentally put myself into a trance. It was late at night, I was extremely tired, I was listening to music and letting my mind create little imaginary movies and pictures and sounds to match up with the music (like a music video). I found that during one part of the music, where the audio hit a climax, my entire body felt tingly and extremely pleasurable, the closest thing I can describe this too is ASMR tingles, but 5x stronger, and instead of quick and fleeting, it lasted for around 10 seconds. I think it was caused by me transitioning from awareness and conscious thoughts into sleep, and letting my unconscious take over more. From this point on, I knew it was possible to cause physical sensations just by tricking the mind, and I found your channel. I've tried these hypnosis videos in the past, and they haven't worked. My mind is too scientific, black-and-white thinking, trying to pick apart what you were talking about, rather than just relaxing and letting myself enter trance, letting you guide my thoughts. But, after realizing that it's truly possible to trick your brain like this (from my experience of putting myself into a trancelike state of pleasure), I tried the forget your name hypnosis again, and I let myself enter such a deep state of relaxation. Again, I was extremely tired when doing this, so it was much easier to enter this state, the problem was I kept falling asleep and not paying attention to your words to make me forget my name. Instead I was focusing on trying to void my mind of thoughts, which I actually achieved at one point. I remember my entire body tingling again, as I felt like I was floating, really an unreal feeling. I hope to achieve this again soon, without being sleepy, so I can be more conscious of what's happening to my mind and body, and not fall asleep. This works in different ways for each person obviously, but for me what did it was having an experience where I realized that this stuff is really possible, not nonsense/fake as many people might think. The only difference between me (before succeeding in being hypnotized) and the people that this works with is how free we set our minds as we go through the guided hypnosis. My mind was not only free, but extremely eager and excited to re-enter this tingly state from that night, so this made it easier for it to work on me. So... My original question - just like I have done, can you also put yourself into a trance, transition halfway into sleep, and explore your unconscious mind however you want to? If you are in control of your trance, you can do whatever you want, rather than relying on an audio file of guided hypnosis. Right? I would love to talk with you more about this stuff, its so cool how we can gain greater control over our brains.
1. You're welcome. 2. Yes, as a programmer I use flow state quite a bit. - As for enjoying it, just learn to fake it till you make it. It's surprisingly effective. It's also a skill that gets better over time.
@@Nimja Wow! I'm a programmer as well, and coincidentally I just started developing a website called BrainTrain or Entrance (name TBD) that basically allows you to create "Journeys" with different "Stops" A stop is basically any form of guided meditation/hypnosis, or music/any other thing a user wants to listen to while in trance. Each journey starts with a hypnosis to put you into trance (I use your Forget Your Name video). Then, you can either press the left or right side of your keyboard to choose your own adventure for what stop you want to move to next (options read to you through TTS after each stop plays it's content). If you fall into trance with your hands relaxed and rested on your keyboard, it's not hard to press left or right to make a choice while in trance, since you, the hypnotist, can just say "now, your hands become easy to control, while your mind and the rest of your body remain in trance. Feel this by wiggling your fingers. Now try pressing the left or right hand down to make a choice for which stop to visit next". You can schedule stops to auto-play after certain time too. For example, play a wake-up hypnosis after 1 hour, if you want to make sure you don't fall asleep and waste more than 1 hour in trance/asleep. This initially was just an idea to help myself enter trance, but then customize my experience in trance by playing my favorite songs, ASMR, other mini-hypnosis sessions, relaxing binaural audio, roleplays, literally anything you want to relax/immerse yourself in. WE CAN EVEN HAVE CUSTOM MESSAGES! We can use voice-cloning and advanced TTS to embed user's custom, personalized messages/phrases into hypnosis! One thing I noticed that's super cool: For me, if I hear someone directly addressing me and calling my name, i almost always instantly come out of trance. So, I could embed this as a custom-wake-up! I have a bunch more features in mind (using mic input to allow sessions to react to voice, etc.) I'm planning on making a "Entranced!" button in addition to like/dislike - you press this if the hypnosis got you into trance! I'm currently looking into ways to monitor relaxation level so we can use it as an input to the hypnosis session - for example, play a longtone note with the user's current relaxation level, and challenge the user to maintain the note as steady as possible. This causes user to focus their mind on one task, and really be made aware of their relaxation level. Then, we can use the relaxation data throughout the session collected from thousands of people trying the hypnosis to figure out which parts of the video people were most relaxed in!!! This would be so cool to help identify why some people might have trouble entering trance, and helping them enter one for the first time, as well as so much more. I just recently visited your website, and it's pretty similar to this idea! Maybe I could populate my website with some of your hypnosis files before creators start putting their own content out? If you have any feedback/thoughts on this idea, lmk. Again, I just thought this up as a tool for myself, to lead me through hypnosis sessions like a choose-your-own-adventure, but i think others could benifit from it too.
Yeah making a project like this is awesome. Especially if you're into it yourself. - One way to have an 'entranced' button is to reward the user with a visual/audio effect when that button is pressed. Something smooth and soft. Feel free to be inspired by the visuals. I like the idea, let's talk in more detail; hypno.nimja.com/contact
This is so much better than a careless whisper *ba dum tsss*
Indeed.
Nimja cares for me more than my own parents. Idk what I’d do without these files

Tell me I’m not the only one who hears the random words in the background.
There are indeed words, but they are not random.
Do u listen to hypnosis?
I make it.
