Centec Tower
Centec Tower is one of the first Grade A office buildings in Vietnam with 100% domestic investor capital. The building was designed by RDC Worldwide Architects Singapore according to high-end standards and prosperous feng shui. The scale includes 3 basements, 1 ground floor and 25 upper floors, providing a total floor area of ​​up to 30,000m². With flexible floor areas from 80m² to 1178m², Centec Tower meets diverse needs for office rental. Centec Tower is equipped with 6 elevators and 1 service elevator and all elevators are Mitsubishi brand, except for floors B2, B1, G which are equipped with Mitsubishi DOAS to call floors. Elevators A, B, C (G - 22), elevator F (B2 - 23), elevator D, E (B2 - 25). Floor B3 is reserved for employees only. The elevators at Centec Tower are not allowed to bring food in and must be taken by service elevator.

All 168 luxurious rooms and Suites are fully equipped with modern amenities, integrated in the bold Indochinese decorations. The hotel is also equipped with 3 Schindler 5500 elevators, of which 1 elevator can go to the top floor and up to the glass bridge through the Centec Tower building on the 24th floor and the remaining 2 elevators have 1 elevator (G - 23) and 1 elevator (B2 - 23) but all basements are locked because they have to go down to the basement of Centec Tower and are only for staff.
