This is a cool tool for helping people be successful that doesn't have any of the downsides of feedback. An interactive group exercise is included (thanks to Marshall Goldsmith).
So, basically, feedforward is to make people gather ideas from others in a positive way, which will probably improve the group as a whole too. Very positive, very nice! Cultural barriers must be a bit of a problem, I don't see this working in Japan for instance... or Spain
