Yeah, its all royalty free music to make the show cheaper I'm pretty sure. A lot of shows, like Spongebob, use these songs too for what I assume makes it cheaper. But you're right, the use of really uplifting music contrasts really nicely with the shows themes. It's really a win win for them.
I never fully grasped the metaphor in this scene until recently. Frank is the scheming upper class, Dennis is the genteel middle class, Mac & Charlie are the rough & uneducated working class. The dog and the limes are divisive "culture wars" issues like abortion, religion, race, etc. The money is, of course, the money.
Precisely, Frank is Capital and Mac and Charlie are Labor. Dennis could simply be the political class but private managerial class/middle class as a whole works as well. In either case the message would be to reject false consciousness (limes/culture wars) and embrace class consciousness. Unfortunately satire doesn't work.
