Nancy , you can just tell she LOVES being bart. She understands that it brings a sense of pure joy to others. instead of getting tired of being asked to do the voices she shares the moment of joy that it gives her fans. shes a good soul.

are you aware that she uses her own voice but 2 tones higher in pitch and that she squeezes her throat to achieve it. imagine doing that for 12 hours a day 6 days a week for 30+years. I'm amazed she can still do it.

Morbutt I read on Wikipedia that her contract say she doesn't have to promote and they can't record her or take pics while she's working...and she lives a very private life..this marathon on fxx had me googling all the characters lol
Morbutt Might as well stop searching, lol. Because Julie never allows cameras to film her doing the voice of Marge or any characters. Even the one time she did it in front of a live audience with the Simpsons cast, they cut away from her or play footage of Marge.

I've met both of them, and these comments couldn't be more wrong about Yeardley. She's one of the most approachable and down to earth people I've ever encountered. Maybe they caught her on a bad day.
I always thought the voice actor for Bart Simpson was a 10 year old boy for the last 30 years. The show's producers made him smoke 3 packs of cigarettes a day so he wouldn't grow and his voice wouldn't change. His parents also very cruelly named him 'Nancy'.
