I’m really appreciative of the hours of work that must go into your promo videos for events such as this and “The Rhythm Riot “ etc. Trouble is I wish they were at least half an hour long.... incredible editing too!!! :)
Bopflix I’ll look forward to seeing those for sure! Incidentally I pretty much enjoy all the Bopflix stuff and my saying that I wish some of it could be longer, (especially the events promo videos), wasn’t me whingeing, but rather a ringing endorsement that they leave you wanting more....not an easy thing to do in this media saturated world. Once again many, many thanks for sharing freely what is obviously a labour of love. :)
@@ossian1937 Thanks Ossian, appreciate that. I have worked on some longer docs in the past, there's a playlist on the channel with some of the feature lengths on DVD. Also check out the High Rockabilly Bopflix promo from a few years back, it's 45 odd minutes I think. Plan to work on some longer stuff down the line too, been a while since I edited a doco so feel it's time again (they are quite exhausting to edit but rewarding).
I am so frustrated that I cannot find these rockabilly groups and gatherings right here in Texas! I'd love to attend some of these events without having to cross an ocean!
