check for your undertone, if it’s warm, go for a warm colored dress, if it’s cool go for a cool toned dress, if it’s neutral both can work. from what i and probably everyone else thinks, light blue is not your color. Try going with a warmer color and possibly in a darker shade! Hope this helps

I always found darker skinned people to look beautiful in light blues pinks and whites, it contrasts with the skin colour and makes them look angelic
