Good lord. I’m glad I grew up with a bunch of kids I never even knew who also enjoyed this gem of a video game. The movie was awesome but the video game was even better.
Does anyone else feel like the Skull Island in the 2005 movie and game has a more incredibly dangerous island vibe to it than Kong: Skull Island? like the one in that is basically a bunch of Islands clumped together whereas this one is actually ONE island and it just kinda has more oomph to it for me. Possibly because it's way less open than the one in Kong: Skull Island
I completely agree although it's actually I'd say more dangerous in this version then school island This island is complete the overran with predators and unholy arachnids and insects that eat your flesh Whereas the monster universe one Seems much more civilized and protected Peter Jackson' skull island is probably the most horrific and realistic Version to date it is the closest thing I can imagine whenever ID sit down and read The or riginal book
I got this game launch day with the Xbox 360 and I remember being absolutely blown away by the graphics and visuals. Also this game had insane horror elements to it which at times seemed unintended which made it even better. I remember the spears feeling so realistic

+1 here,i cant find a memory card haha
This game was terrifying when I was younger
I remember this game as a kid. That game was wild not gonna lie it was so fun to play that game back then
That game is freaking good.. hell, the centipedes still scare me to this day
This game is absolutely one of the best if not the best movie based games of all time. Deserved way more recognition than it ever was given..
Had this on gamecube was fun as a kid.
First game I had on the original Xbox it was so ahead of it’s time!
Can we please PLEASE do something to get this game (remastered) not entirely updated, or rebooted! I want to to be exactly the same! For the PS4/XBOX1/PC!?!? Idk do those hashtag things i need to just one more time play this game
Start a petition for Ubisoft
J. Las VEVO yeah for real
It’s backwards compatible for Xbox one
@@JarredCarneyOFFICIALBULLDOG i was going to get it until i realized you need an actual disk or a code -,-
Bro omg this is unlocking so many memories that I forgot I had as a kid! This game scared the shit outta me when I was 7 lmao
"Is it broken?"
"No, not me, I was talking about the camera!"
That Brontosaurus level was EPIC. If that had been the only level in the whole game I would have got my moneys worth. Brilliant.
Real ones would play this on GAME CUBE
This game deserved better! The way the raptor sounds in the distance always sent chills. 😭😭
I loved this game so much even tho it scared me
the atmosphere when playing this game alone all those years ago as a child...too damn terrifying and stressful
I recently went back and played this for nostalgia , its literally so hard to play now after seeing all the amazing graphics we have today
Lol, I have new games and old games on my pc. I play them all, good or bad graphics. Doesn't really matter. I also own a ps4.lol
Spent my whole childhood playing this game and it's still amazing
It’s crazy how graphics have improved so much over the years... damn
Graphics yes. Games no.
Miikka Koskela over here says "Ei"
Yes but the games are trash
This game was the centerpiece of my childhood. I still play it to this day it’s so good.
Every time he would die or fail the game I would always laugh😂😂
Same
Noelima 99 😂😂😂😂😂😂
BeaupieOP yh
Miikka Koskela never dies nor fails. He is the absolute god of this game, most likely one of the best King Kong players there is.
No
Joker Syniclus no
This was the most suspenseful adventure game I remember playing. They’ll never manage to make another quite like it
Can we have a remaster of this please .For the next gen consoles .
Miikka Koskela is in contact with some people and he's trying his best to make that happen
@@_NoitaKuningas omg yessss I'd be so happy
@@apothicono So would be I, this game is such an underappreciated classic. I hope that the big fan of this game himself can make something happen.
I got this game launch day with the Xbox 360 and I remember being absolutely blown away by the graphics and visuals. Also this game had insane horror elements to it which at times seemed unintended which made it even better. I remember the spears feeling so realistic
Every second of this is nostalgic
