Isha's expressions at some points were so sus that it even made me think if Isha actually is only a normal girl. And I kind of think it might be true that Isha also has some early connection with brahmastra because in one scene when Isha went to bring the "shanka" from Shiva's home then he saw a of vision of Isha in danger. But if we think of it Shiva only has visions about people who are related to brahmastra but according to part1 Isha is not related to it. There is definitely some reason for it. I am so excited for part 2.

I also noticed a detail. There is difference between shiva’s fire and Dev’s fire. While devs fire looks like real fire (red orange). Shivas fire has red, orange but little bit of pink and blue. Probably because of Amrita’s jalastra which is blue. We can also see this in the end battle when Shiva is using his fire (red and blue) to defeat junoon but then she gets more power up from Dev’s statue and then she takes control of shiva’s fire but then the fire’s colour changes from red and blue with pink to real fire (red and orange). Didn’t say anyone pointing out this detail so I did it myself. I think Shiva may also have other astras powers like jalastras powers which he still needs to activate cause I think he was able to first activate fire power cause of his childhood where his mom got burnt THATS why his relation with fire was even stronger allowing him to activate fire first. But slowly he may progress to develop more powers.
In the film red symbolised evil and blue symbolised positive . Because Shiva was positive so their is a hint of blue in it but because Dev is Evil so it's completely red

I made my own version of brahmastra its the same except for love story. (I also know that Isha may have more importance in the next part but I just wrote this without that context). So everything would playout the same in the beginning and Shiva will meet Isha but Isha isn't there for just co-incidence she is an actual memeber of the brahmanch society sent by guru who sensed threat. Then everything would play out the same except for love for Shive it would be love at first sight but for isha it wouuld be a mission but there would be slight attraction. But here Isha wont just be a help me character. She would be able to protect herself with her own astra. On the way after they save Nagarjun they slowly start to fall for each other.And after they reach the brahmanch again during shiva's training they would slowly start to fall in love. Shiva's fire grows stronger as he falls for her deeper. She also starts to like him more and more. ANd then the final battle starts. Everything goes the same but Isha loses her astra and now she calls for Shiva (this scene is more impractful as after the montage of them slolwy liking each other and this is the first time Isha is calling Shiva for help and this would be even more hyped in the theatres). THen in the end they finally love each other. Atleast here there is more impact for love story. It isnt just met and now gonna fight the world for love. Its a progressing love story and has more impact.

I spotted a book in srk room which was shown in an deliberate way the book was' the prodigal spy' which has kind of same father son story. And in that the father sent a 'beautiful journalist' for his son. Also the dev amrita battle we only know what guru told, no one knows what actually happened. What if srk or Amitabh was the one who made cracks between dev and amrita
Before fighting Amrita , Dev already had Jalastra. Amitabh sir says "Jal , Kavach aur Gyandev to wo tha hi par use banana tha bharamdev " during his backstory. That means two Jalastra. (some are predicting Dev got it from Amrita after their fight)
Or, as Amrita was Dev's wife she let Dev use and master her Astra as well, because she knew about the love, Dev carried for astras. Tbh, 2 jalastra lazy writing ho jayegi.

i have a theory😅 what if junoon is the twin sister of shiva? in the movie it was shown that amrita was pregnant when she fought dev and later on after her victory over dev, she had a child that was shiva..... I feel that amrita gave birth to two twins, the other one being junoon... so after the battle, dev was defeated and turned into a statue.... I think when dev discovers his goal which is to get the control of brahmastra, there must be some people in the brahmansh who supported his motive... who then gradually join hands/start following dev...... later on when he turns into a statue, these followers attack amrita, kill her and take junoon, who was a small baby, with them and unknowingly left behind shiva..... also most probably after the battle, amrita might have given up or threw her jalastra in order to live a normal, peaceful life with her children... cuz she killed her husband with it and is now traumatized
nice theory ! or maybe junoon was the elder sister of shiva. What if after the battle a amrita was still connected to the astra world but after her first born junnon got taken away or so called killed she decided to give up the jalastra. After that dev may have attacked her again but this time she didnt had any pwoers so she died.
I think that instead of making shiva's journey of discovering and learning to use his powers about his love for Isha they should have made it about overcoming his childhood trauma of killing his mother with his own power. They have already established that Shiva is afraid of his connection with fire because he thinks he might have killed his mother with his own fire. Then why not go in that direction. Shiva gaining control of his fire power bit by bit but still held back by the traumatic memory of his mother's death. Shiva finally forgives himself and gains full control of his fire power. So much so that Shiva can choose who gets burnt by his fire and who is spared. This way Shiva can Stop worrying about hurting his loved ones . I think this concept would have been more intriguing and impactful than the on-off button concept we got.

I think it's a symbolism that dev left every one he loved and cared about just to take all that power for himself but on the other hand shiva just wanted to protect the people he truly loved not just Isha but his friends and guru as well and sacrificed himself in the process so brahmastra chose him and not his father. This type of theme and symbolism is very common in movies and animes.
I want this to work like seriously now that Disney backs Astraverse i am confident that this will not be a sheer failure atleast. But they really need to up the ante and go towards their storyline in more a mature way rather than putting bollywood masala in it. I have high hopes wish it works all charms worldwide in next 10 years

I feel creators have good plans for the astraverse becoz Ayan Mukerji has already started working on part 2 despite the movie hasn't achieved big numbers on box office but still they are working on the project which indicates that creators genuinely want to build this universe.

I actually went to the movie theatre with a positive mind set. As it not a remake and it is related to our Indian mythology and it has mind blowing VFX and story as well. According to me it is a good movie with a huge story and has lots of mysteries in it. These mysteries will be unpacked in the next parts of the movie. And on the opposite side they are showing the love between shiva and esha in literally each part of the movie which made me feel the film a bit cringy. I will watch the other parts of the movie obviously. As VFX student we should also support this kind of films.🙂🙃
Part 3 will definitely be on vishnu the preserver and fingers crossed they definitely will give out answers of unanswered questions plus they end up making more sense of story alongside logic of lovestoriya in both film plus songs in story

I noticed one thing, during climax Shiva was wearing the Rudraksha but when he cools down the Brahmāstra the rudraksha wasn't there. Maybe that also has something to do with his power.

I think they have kept so many mistries from this film. There is too much to come. I loved the story the showed in part one how they kept the rest of the story for part 2 and 3. Also agree that some dialogues in this were cringey and Alia's character was not well established. But I enjoyed it very much. The 3D experience was just great. 😌😌😌
Nope I think he himself has to think first that the potential of the story is way to greater than what we see in the starting half of Brhanastra , in fact it seemed he was just focusing on action scenes which themselves weren't so clear a d experience was kind of weird some times although the second half tried to catch up the mess was too much now he has to make his characters more serious than they were in this film so that we can feel it is a real world level threat may be character development would play a big role but the story telling was a bit poor too so in my opinion they would have to fix these things first before hoping for anything big .

I have a theory, it's just a try. SRK can be the new Dev. It can be something like, Dev does not have any physical body or form now and is searching for a body that can withstand his powers. Only the person who has controlled a powerful Astra can withstand DEV'S powers in a longer run, so while changing from one weak human body to another, he comes across the dead body of SRK in Delhi or wherever it is at that moment. He transfers to this body and can fell all the power. He also has gains Mohan's knowledge about the brahmastra. Now Dev is fully capable of being the Ustaad of brahmastra and begins his journey. The old version of Dev can be played by any other actor. Please rate this out of 10.(It's my first try of coming up with a theory, I'll try to come up with more good one's. I would like to see the Astra verse go beyond expectations including bringing Easter eggs from Mahabharat, Ramayan and etc. Characters touted to be immortal and all like Ashwathama and integrating time travel or intricacies from Indian Mythology would be great. I really wish the makers catch up with all the theories and possibilities people are exploring in social media so that they can make better films in future.

what if junoon is the twin sister of shiva? in the movie it was shown that amrita was pregnant when she fought dev and later on after her victory over dev, she had a child that was shiva..... I feel that amrita gave birth to two twins, the other one being junoon... so after the battle, dev was defeated and turned into a statue.... I think when dev discovers his goal which is to get the control of brahmastra, there must be some people in the brahmansh who supported his motive... who then gradually join hands/start following dev...... later on when he turns into a statue, these followers attack amrita, kill her and take junoon, who was a small baby, with them and unknowingly left behind shiva..... also most probably after the battle, amrita might have given up or threw her jalastra in order to live a normal, peaceful life with her children... cuz she killed her husband with it and is now traumatized
nice theory ! or maybe junoon was the elder sister of shiva. What if after the battle a amrita was still connected to the astra world but after her first born junnon got taken away or so called killed she decided to give up the jalastra. After that dev may have attacked her again but this time she didnt had any pwoers so she died.
May be Shor and Raftar(two companions of Junoon) were the supporters of Dev

I think that instead of making shiva's journey of discovering and learning to use his powers about his love for Isha they should have made it about overcoming his childhood trauma of killing his mother with his own power. They have already established that Shiva is afraid of his connection with fire because he thinks he might have killed his mother with his own fire. Then why not go in that direction. Shiva gaining control of his fire power bit by bit but still held back by the traumatic memory of his mother's death. Shiva finally forgives himself and gains full control of his fire power. So much so that Shiva can choose who gets burnt by his fire and who is spared. This way Shiva can Stop worrying about hurting his loved ones . I think this concept would have been more intriguing and impactful than the on-off button concept we got.

When dev was released yellow came out of statue which was same as brahmastra's light. Maybe Amrita trapped dev using brahmastra.
I think it's a symbolism that dev left every one he loved and cared about just to take all that power for himself but on the other hand shiva just wanted to protect the people he truly loved not just Isha but his friends and guru as well and sacrificed himself in the process so brahmastra chose him and not his father.
This type of theme and symbolism is very common in movies and animes.

I feel creators have good plans for the astraverse becoz Ayan Mukerji has already started working on part 2 despite the movie hasn't achieved big numbers on box office but still they are working on the project which indicates that creators genuinely want to build this universe.
But 300 crore is literally the best number the could have achieved disney and star producers are literally the happiest soul now. They wanted to enter the Indian market with pop culture at any cost and they got whole astraverse!!! DNEG (the VFX company who won 6 Oscar ) did VFX for brahmastra but now they are coming to banglore for whole lot of vfx and graphics designer. We all know part 1 are not that good at box office but part 2 just go crazy

I actually went to the movie theatre with a positive mind set. As it not a remake and it is related to our Indian mythology and it has mind blowing VFX and story as well. According to me it is a good movie with a huge story and has lots of mysteries in it. These mysteries will be unpacked in the next parts of the movie. And on the opposite side they are showing the love between shiva and esha in literally each part of the movie which made me feel the film a bit cringy. I will watch the other parts of the movie obviously. As VFX student we should also support this kind of films.🙂🙃

I think they have kept so many mistries from this film. There is too much to come. I loved the story the showed in part one how they kept the rest of the story for part 2 and 3. Also agree that some dialogues in this were cringey and Alia's character was not well established. But I enjoyed it very much. The 3D experience was just great. 😌😌😌

Nope I think he himself has to think first that the potential of the story is way to greater than what we see in the starting half of Brhanastra , in fact it seemed he was just focusing on action scenes which themselves weren't so clear a d experience was kind of weird some times although the second half tried to catch up the mess was too much now he has to make his characters more serious than they were in this film so that we can feel it is a real world level threat may be character development would play a big role but the story telling was a bit poor too so in my opinion they would have to fix these things first before hoping for anything big .

I have a theory, it's just a try. SRK can be the new Dev. It can be something like, Dev does not have any physical body or form now and is searching for a body that can withstand his powers. Only the person who has controlled a powerful Astra can withstand DEV'S powers in a longer run, so while changing from one weak human body to another, he comes across the dead body of SRK in Delhi or wherever it is at that moment. He transfers to this body and can fell all the power. He also has gains Mohan's knowledge about the brahmastra. Now Dev is fully capable of being the Ustaad of brahmastra and begins his journey.
The old version of Dev can be played by any other actor.
