Joey- I’m a 42 year old woman that has been super inspired by your love of helping pregnant cats and dogs give birth in a safe and loving environment. I’m hoping to have this opportunity within the next year.

i think joey should get an award for animal protection. joey find pregnant animals and brings them in his house, then helps them have the most comforting birth and helps them untill they find new homes. Thank you Joey! :)
I am amazed how calm you made her feel that she was able to lay her head on you and just push and you've only known her a day. That just shows what a good person you are 💕

We all need to stop kill shelters!! If we all stand up against that, and put our heads together , maybe we come up with a solution. Its so heart wrenching. Joey you are a gift to all these animals.
Omg when she was struggling to hold herself up and Joey just calmed her she looked so much more at ease. I’m so glad he fosters these pregnant animals so they don’t have to give birth on a concrete floor in a kennel of a shelter.

I love the point Joey made about her not having to be in a shelter on the hard floor with all of the barking dogs. How stressful that would have been! But in his home, safe and warm, it's just a blessing. And she looked so happy and comfortable to lay on his lap before the first one came. She looked so content with him in her bed. ❤️💕
I was gonna suggest giving them Greek Gods names, like Zeus, Hades, etc. But Pokemon names would be super cute!! Also, if you go with the Greek gods names, mama could be named Hera (the goddess of marriage and childbirth).

Just wanted to say I really enjoyed watching this video. Most videos I've seen if animal births especially dogs the people are always pulling the puppies out cleaning them up and it's so frustrating to see that they are not allowing the dog or the animal to do what comes naturally. So thank you for letting mama do her job.
Since Joey said the mom looks like a “Roo” I think it would be cute if all of them were named after Winnie the Pooh characters! So the babies could be Winnie/Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, Rabbit, and Owl
I was thinking she was a pitt/shepherd mix as well. I got a German shepherd and a Pitt/lab mix or so we think and mama looks like a mixture of both of them
I used to give my girls vanilla ice cream after she had a couple pups. The calcium very much helps them deliver and the fat and sugar gives them energy. Just a bit... a cup or so.
I think I speak for all of us when I say thank you for what you do!!!! You have helped so many animals and I’m sure they are so grateful. Congrats on the puppies!
