    She was a DEI hire and checked all the boxes. The committee already put together to recommend a new chief already is composed of community "leaders", black church pastors and local civil rights groups. The next chief is going to be selected on the same criteria.

    Wait, all of this for that. It must have been in her oath or part of her office that information has to be correct. The question is why did she lie? She must have been planning a move to the Fulton County police in Atlanta. Using Chattanooga as a spring board and the people there found out. Should have kept her mouth shut and followed the law.
