Concept Select, Decision Matrix, Pugh Matrix

The concept selection is a mathematical matrix to compare concepts.
If you are interested in cost reduction, this matrix will help you select product variations.
The concept selection could be used for other decisions not related to cost reduction. For instance, you could use the same tool to choose investments, to pick your next apartment, or to select your next vacation.
In the literature, you can find Concept Selection also under decision-matrix method or Pugh-concept selection.
