Yes!! My heart melted when they said that. Rachel just seems so much more happier, then she was a couple months ago. She is back to her energetic and happy self again, and that makes me so happy. She used to go those stages where she seemed depressed. She has come back stronger. As the beautiful human she is. Rachel also make me believe that there is still hope for everyone who struggles with the pandemic and everything else. Specially as someone who also fairly recently came out as gay .

I’ve made the vegan version of the pasta but I baked the pasta (I used spaghetti) in the oven as well with water and olive oil covering it and then put the same cheese you used, tomatoes and basil on top of it. It was delicious!
