Me too! It's a heavy loss for sure. Especially in a rushdown heavy game like this. I miss the defensive option!
Wish they had brought back the storm 3 sasori awakening, where his normal attacks were attacks with the puppets

I'm a Kiba main but I really love using puppets as well.
Been using part 2 Kankuro with Sasori and Chiyo as support.
Nice! I'd recommend trying out different supports to take your puppet gameplay to a new level.
I would love to see you do a video using Chiyo. Theres very few puppet users, and even less chiyo users

As sasori fan, I really love your videos man, I hope you keep uploading more videos, I have the game and tried to play as sasori but its extremely hard in ranking and sometimes the puppet keep falling when being attacked and can't use any attacks or jutsu, you are genius

Yes it is quite frustrating to play puppets at first. It doesn't feel fair when you play vs "normal" characters. Keep it up and you will get the hang of it for sure!

By the way, how are you liking the game so far? As for me, I'm going to wait a bit to get the game. Too many problems and can't invite friends to custom lobbies.
I think that is a good call. The game is decent (if you overlook the glaring faults like no friend invites) but it does feel more like Storm 4.5 than a standalone release.

Please train me in your ways. I will buy storm connections when it becomes worth it eventually, but I always wanted to play puppets. I need to learn.

I think Sasori will be weaker at higher levels in this game due to the nerfed defense. High level players are going to apply too much guard pressure. I don't know I've barely touched online mode.
I think you are right. I'll have to level up if I want to compete. I've seen competitive players pivot to pts kank. Maybe he's the solution to conquering ranked.

Idk how y'all do it, I get so nervous with online matches, especially ranked? Not you taking out people several levels above you (but I guess technically it is an eat or be eaten scenario so you just gotta lock in and focus)
Not the perfect round.
I was also nervous for ranked when I started but after a few sessions that thought disappeared and now I just lock in and focus like you said.

Combos are more reliable and air jutsu is more reliable as well. Not sure yet about all the buffs.

More skill than other characters? For sure! It's almost like learning a new game.

The amount of grabs into jutsus is broken and pathetic
Pathetic really? I don't see how. It's his tool set and no different from how other characters utilize their strengths. Puppets are flawed characters and you need to utilize what strengths they have in order to win.
