      Yeah I just saw your UA-cam channel thank you yeah I'm thinking of moving out of the area I'm in right now and I was thinking of moving to New Jersey but I've always wanted to move to silver spring and then I changed my mind and I don't know why I look back into it again and it's late at night so I'm sitting here online trying to decide where I wanted to move to and I saw your UA-cam channel

    I lived in Silver Spring until '99.
    It was the best place in the DMV to live! Straight shot down to the federal area and Haynes Point. Yup, slip over and down 16th street and you're on the east end of Rock Creek Park, go through the park and you'll come out on Connecticut avenue (or Wisconsin avenue, I forgot). But, it's a very cool place to live.

      Call Dave Chappelle says he grew up there and they were poor black people in a white neighborhood .
      He must have grown up there in the 70's and 80's and I'm trying to find out how poor they were .
      Do you have any ideas of where he lived ?

    Grew up in West Hillindale suburbs of Silver Spring near White Oak in the
    All brick and and block construction with natural gas heating and hot water wonder homes on beautiful large lots with mature trees
    I graduated Springbrook High School in 1082, Montgomery College Rockville in 1985 and University of Maryland College Park in 1987 Computer Science and Information Systems Management
    Great video, one of the close friends I grew up with owns the Remax office in Hagerstown Maryland he sold my house in Gaithersburg Maryland I had from 1988 to 2018.
    Silver Spring is a great place to raise a family and close to so many jobs including NASA in Greenbelt the IRS I'm Lanham the FDA in White Oak Lockheed Martin and Marriott International and others in Bethesda and proximity to Kensington Wheaton Colesville and so much more.

    Can a low income single family be able to live in Silver Spring?
    No videos of Maryland ever mention the low income family

    Hi McCord Realtor
    What would be your opinion on renting and living in Silver spring without a car.
    Where would you suggest is best to live?

    • @McCordRealtor
      @McCordRealtor  3 роки тому

      Silver Spring has lots of public transit options and some areas with more walkability. The rental market varies and some locations may work better based on your personal preference. Reach out and we can talk through any questions you have. bit.ly/ContactMac
