Thanks for another great video Tightrope. There were some details explained with infantry targeting prioritization and attack method that I'll definitely improve my game with. You always think of intricacies and comparisons to test that I would not of thought of to reduce micro burden. Cheers for the certificate to show my mum! :)
Thanks for the vid. I've been playing coh3 a lot and did not know about the differences in range for attack move and regular attack command, it seems like quite a big difference for specialty units.
I think (can't verify it right now) that the centring of MG arcs on attack move depends on whether or not the unit they are targeting would be in arc if they aimed for the original movement destination. If so, they aim for where they were going for; if not, they fully rotate to meet the threat from whatever direction it's coming from.
also thanks for explaining the sniper shooting at buildings thing, I think most people assumed it was a bug or the sniper "missed" i don't think many people (including myself) knew about having to be in range of the models inside the building. Especially since there's no easy way to tell where the models are besides panning the camera
Love to see these videos. even though I know most of the things mentioned, there is always something to learn. I suggest that you include unit behaviour while in camouflage in the future, as I noticed for example that they only start shooting when detected in one of my games as espionage dak.
It can't be overstated how good the attack command is on the LeiG. Always shift queue an attack move order with your LeiG when you use its barrage function!
I would assume the way the MG arc alignment thing works is that if the target is within the arc pointed towards the a-move command, it will set up in that direction, whereas if the target is outside of that arc, it will center on the target instead.
Attack move killing any neutral entity causes a move order to it. This includes building and husks. Also, having units queue an order after the destroy attack move doesn't help. They will move to the destroyed entity first before the other queued orders.
At 7:30 the bren tommies seem to start shooting at the Pgrens when only the front two models of the Pgrens were in range. This seems to contradict the earlier portion of the video which states that attack move will result in the squad moving until all models are in range. Is it due to the fog of war?
Can somebody Please explain how you get your models in your unit on the roof If they are already in the bulding? In the new patch u cannot do it anymore like the old days…
Now I understand how some people were so good at killing team weapons, halve the time I don't even waste my time with it just because it took so much time.
I like to abuse people using attack ground commands with MG’s. If you spot them using it, you can move in and out of the sight of the MG giving you time to flank it while it sets up and down over and over 😂
All of it can be improved by adding stances so units behaviors can be changed at your will.... But Relic refuse to learn from Dawn of war 1 and expand on it.
He explained if you attack move your sniper and they did not shoot at vehicles they would run towards the vehicle and get killed. What solution do you propose for this problem?
You carry our community.

When you have bad ping and lower apm you have to make sure your foundation is correct
StephenJF is goated
Amazing breakdown, thank you! Always appreciate the level of detail with the moments of levity mixed in

Top tier stuff, Tighty! Love it. Thank you
Great, Keep it alive buddy!! Keep sending updates for the COH nerds ;-) Gg

Best tips video for Coh3!
Really great informative video.
Appreciate it!🎉
So thats why my MGs randomly pack up and rotate..... oh my god

And hey I'm also into these stuff so if you appreciate these suggestions I'm more than happy to give you ideas and test some myself and let you know

The production quality
thank you for the tips tightrope!
Woo, degree! Thanks tightrope
Love your content! 🎉
I love your animations :D
Thank you master tightrope 🙏
This tune slaps bro
Verry good Video, thx😊

great video
That attack ground function with the LeiG is one reason it seems so over-tuned ESPECIALLY in team games.

Thanks for the Certificate!
i think the mg automatically rotates when the unit which comes into vision is outside of the firing arc (center point being the attack move command)
Thx a lot buddy
expert
Cheers!

I think it was a fog thing. They started shooting before the whole enemy squad was revealed. It is a little unusual.

This is why i use attack command on my MG BUT after he starts to firing I use Hold button to avoid him to manouver.
'tips and tricks ' for the developer

Damn this video was amaizing. I will put my Certificate on wall, cheers tightrope.
"Why do snipers shoot at vehicles". Because this game is trash.
He explained if you attack move your sniper and they did not shoot at vehicles they would run towards the vehicle and get killed. What solution do you propose for this problem?
@@jayros4269Just ad stances or do ir so sniper stops at max range but does not shoot at vehicle... But Relic refuse to add variables for many things.
A-moving MG's are way too braindead in this game. Would prefer if they had more hp per model maybe 90 instead of 80 but a slower setup time.
