Bhaiya I saw your comments and asked one of my elder who's ahead in yogabhyas , Vedas and vedangas He said saundaryaa Lahiri is powerful thing without your body being capable of this strotra u can't chant daily it can lead to mental illness... It's not great for daily chant

Shilpam means about anganesa and karanesa....so mentioning of mudras is also there...hence this sloka lwads to moksha...if u don't know properly or detail study...don't teach nonsense because u want money from youtube ..pity ur loninging to teach rather than learning
