- Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you our Christmas
morning! All of our kids opening their gifts and what they got for Christmas, I share with you the rest of our day and then a few days after when I decided to take it down a bit early! I know tradition says to keep it up a bit longer, but my walls are caving in and I'm ready for a tidy home!

Christmas, the time when everyone helps to put up the tree...but manage to disappear like smoke when it’s time to clean up 🤣
YESSSS!!!!!!! OMG I thought it was just me who felt that way lol.
I always tell my kids you wanted it up you help it come down! I put their trees outside their bedroom doors and they have to put them up and decorate them on their own and then take them down (doesn’t always happen on Jan 1 but we adventually get there). I love putting up decorations for Christmas and my whole main level of my home is decorated and covered then Jan 1 rolls around and I forget how much work it is to take it all down wrap up fragile/glass items and pack it all away for 12 months haha.
But my kids are no where to be found and it’s like crickets in my house. Any other time you can hear them bickering or talking or laughing and are all over the place lol

Hahaa I think they would have helped if I asked, but sometimes I would rather do it without their 'help' ... ya feel me.

Watching you take your Christmas down just reminded me how much work mom’s do so the family has a wonderful Christmas.

I would easily pay $25 for that ornament. Maybe more if I'm being honest with myself. I paid $50 on Etsy for a personalized foil print in a 5x7 frame for our anniversary this year. Tell her how awesome and talented she is for me 😃
Totally agree. Some of the basic looking covid ones i've seen are going for almost that. This was so delicate and detailed. I'd love to buy one for myself and for gifts.

@@thewadsquad I love her standing by the tree with arms back and her tiny nightgown is so freaking cute and it matched Wentworth's pj's. Too adorable. And later when you guys hand her back and forth and Alex puts her beside him by the paper pile. lollll. Perfect place to let her rip and destroy things. LOL Her walking to you down the hallway was like "look it's the year she learned to walk".
