It’s really cool you get to skip the lines, get some food and drinks, and info from your tour guide. But for the price I dunno if I’d do it. Glad I got to watch this and see what it’s all about 👍
If you did it once, youd never go again without it
@@jguygytttuh I mean Ryan looks relatively young. I'm an ancient X'er and 300$ is nothing to not have to wait around in a line. I've been to HHN in 2017 with my daughter...the true horror of it all; my feet the next day.
My dad sent me this. (He's the tour guide.)
Your dad did an incredible job!
As always honest and concise commentary. Much appreciated.
Thank you so much for sharing. I am now even more excited. We are doing RIP tour at the end of the month. I am so excited thank you thank you. You are great thank you again for all your sharing videos. 😀
This was great! I always love your videos. Your tips are helpful. We are doing an RIP tour as well and I LOVE that you showed us where to get our passes and what food is served at the event! THANK YOU
I love that you thank those who subscribe to you. you rarely see you tubers say that.
Yessss. Thank you for giving me a taste of my tour next month!
This looks like an amazing deal compared to the other companies VIP tour that can go from 5-7k!
Glad your are spending the Patreon money on more fantastic material happy to be a supporter
Great video. Thanks Patreon supporters!
ffp is good if you wanna come multiple times with different friends, or just enjoy the park slowly in general. rip tour is good if you want to come one time and do all the houses on one night. good for people travelling over or are hhn fans :)
LOVE THE VIDS!!!!
I haven't attended HHN, however, when I was in Hollywood Universal Studios for my first and most likely only time, we did a tour and the guides are super knowledgeable, you skip the lines, you get good food, sunblock, lip balm. It was worth it.
I am doing the private tour in 2 weeks with 10 closest friends. Cannot wait. I’ve been doing RIP tours every year. The tour guide started off a bit rough with limited house information of Beetlejuice and hill house, I cringed a bit when he said “what can I say about the beetlejuice” and then paused lol but then he explained the rest of the houses throughly. Also, it’s weird, in past rip tours in the San Francisco area there was a rest stop where they had the iconic pizza fries for RIP guests to buy and we sat down to eat it. Dang :( the difference of Hollywood and Orlando is that the rip tour in Hollywood includes the entrance with tour.
Good job 👍🏼 awesome video
Honestly there just isnt a lot to say about what to expect in Beetlejuice. However... we literally were given a few catch phrases to say about it as the only approved information to give... say his name once, say it twice, say it three times! Its time to turn up the juice and see what shakes loose!!!! Hes the ghost with the most!!! Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. I mean that's about it. So... yeah..
@@toddbonanno5161 don’t say his name 3 times lmao!!!! I enjoyed watching Adrians video. So awesome! You did great Todd. It must be tiring by the end of the night 😅
So worth it. Great tour to the point
Depends on if it's a busy night or not. We went this past Sunday and got in with our annual passes, so were able to do Stay and Scream. We didn't buy express passes. We did all 10 houses and both shows by 1am and we also stopped to get some food a couple of times. BUT, it wasn't a very busy night. If wait times were 2-3 hours per house, I would definitely consider the RIP tour
THANK YOU for filming your experience. This is my first year, having a pass, as well as going go HHN- not sure i would pay the 400 but the scenario set up from your guide was great!!! i did get an express pass for when we go, so i hope to get through all the houses....but really loved watching this video and hearing about the houses...NOW i need to watch the Haunting show on Netflix!! ;) love your vids BTW!!!
Hi! How was your experience with the express pass??
@@jessicam522 it was great! We were able to hit up every single house!
I watched someone else’s tour for rip in Hollywood and there buffet was a full blown meal. Tons of dinner type options! A lot of photo ops just for rip tour too! I was really surprised bc I always considered Florida’s HHN to be ahead of the game!
We got my husband a tour mid October because he is going alone. Excited for him- he loves this stuff I guess the 630 time slot was a good choice!
Thats my dad todd
Your dad was amazing!
I'm planning on going next year and seriously considering this. I think it depends what houses are there next year. We would be going for 3 nights. So I feel that would be plenty of time to see everything. I think it depends on how much money I got. Planning on staying on site too. Thanks for the review. Looks like you had fun and a good guide
If you are attending HHN for 3 nights you will have enough time to get through everything. We decided to splurge on RIP because we have one day at Universal.
The tree prop's in the Crypt TV scarezone look like they were from the us maze.
Thanks for doing this. This will be our first time going and we’re a bit confused by the ticketing. We have purchased 14 day ticket for universal, and we wan to do the RIP tour. Does this mean we have to have both the 14 days ticket, the RIP tour AND a general ticket for HHN?
Great tour guide, too. Seems worth it if you want to just go 1 night
Hopefully I can do the tour next year. Looks like you enjoyed it.
I’m very blessed to work there at Halloween horror nights!!!!🎃👻
Thanks for sharing 👍👻
I do this every year because I only get to go once since I live so far away. So to me it is worth every penny!! If I were a local and could go multiple times I wouldn’t do the rip but since I don’t I do!!
I love this video.
Question! So if I purchase the “(Rip Tour) I also have to purchase a General Admission ticket to get in?
Cool “Wayne’s World” reference and Insert! 😜🥳
How much walking is cut down from all the lines you get to cut? Do you skip ALL switchbacks?
Thanks for doing this! Not a lot out there on the RIP tour (probably because it is so expensive) so getting a feel for the logistics of doing one was great.
Looks like it was WORTH IT
They didn't have it this year, but the scare actor dining had AMAZING food
How long are the Tours?
They should definitely include exclusive hhn food in cafe la Bomba
That’s actually a very good idea!
Wait so if you buy the rip tour you still have to buy admission:O
Why do they let people in during a cast change? Why don't they wait? Just wondering.
@rixflix 1:50! Is this a crossover episode?!
We’re there any solo tour guests? I want to do this on my solo trip in September but I’m a little nervous about being on my own 😅
I'nm going solo in September! That's cool!
Any benefits of RIP tour, other than just getting on first? Is it less of a "conga line" with just the tour? Or does it not matter?
It’s still a conga line sadly. You’re paying to skip the lines entirely and get escorted backstage. You get reserved seating on the shows (time permitting). Access to the VIP lounge. Pre tour reception and a knowledgeable tour guide who gives you information on all the haunted houses and fun facts
Duddde he was really good guide man
The RIP Tour "does not include general admission to Halloween Horror Nights" ....what exactly does that mean? Do I have to purchased General admission tickets in addition to the RIP Tour? And what's the difference between just getting the RIP Tour without the General admission tour? I'm so confused. Can anyone clarify? Thank you kindly.
General admission is required to get into the park/event at all. RIP tour is an add-on that is being featured here.
Answering for anyone still wondering in 2023.
that buffet looks gross. But The price for the event seems reasonable. Then I’m always willing to pay for VIP treatment and no waiting.
Hi! Considering an RIP tour for out trip - do you do all the houses? Do you miss any part of the queue experience?
Hi! With the RIP tour the guide will walk you to the front of every house so you will get to see all 10 house and get reserved seating at the shows. Unlike the ride queues, at HHN the queues are mostly all outside and there isn’t much ambiance or added experience so you won’t be missing out on much.
@@just4now390 Thank you! booked for Friday the 13th :)
I'm wondering based on people's experience when lines for food at the booths isn't super long? Didn't see anyone mention it yet. Thanks
That would either be at the very start of the event (first hour) or the end of the event (after midnight)
Eat before
I will be doing RIP tour this year for 2024. How much time did you have after the tour to explore the park?
About an hour and a half
It rained every day I was in Orlando in 2019 lol
I have a question I have my tour at 8pm am I able to still show up at 6 and check out the park?
Yes
You have to buy the general admission to HHN, so you can just go in and stay until park closes.
My mom spent 2,000$ on the R.I.P tour out of knowere for everyone in are family to go and my dad was pissed
Is the tour just for the houses or the regular rides as well?
Just for houses
HEHE RIP entrance. 😆
Is this $400 per person? Last time I swore it was like 200 and something
Dang so you have to pay for the tour and a ticket to horror nights… geez. It does look awesome though to get front of the line access, maybe one day :)
Sadly yes. Very expensive indeed
I was wondering if you had to buy hhn tickets as well.. Thanks for making that clear.
Agreed! Would like more if it included admission
@@indie8807 it would make sense since you’re there specifically for the tour…
It includes unlimited express for when the tour is done. If you plan to pay for that this is just another approximate $100 to cut the extremely LONG queues even if empty it is a ton of extra walking and time eliminated.
For Icons Captured, I want to know where Bloody Mary was????? They had all of them represented at HHN this year except here.
Is tipping the guide customary or is it included in the price?
It is not included and customary
@@ThemeParkExpress thank you for the reply!
I will NEVER go to HHN without an RIP pass again. (I’m a west coaster). The first year we went we were there for 6 hours and did two things and I couldn’t walk back to the car on my own. The next year we did everything and got a great dinner because we had that RIP access.
Not going to lie there were a few attractions we were telling people on the way out to not bother. That three hour wait time wasn’t worth it.
*at HHN in Hollywood (before COVID) you got a full buffet dinner.
My only complaint about the tour is that they walk so fast and it was hard to keep up (between asthma and back and hip injuries it sucked on all of the hills)
lol Finally found the LA one the Florida one is way better so sad i wont be able to make that one. I wanted to go through the bug maze. Plus they open earlier than the LA one which is better
omg put Florida in the caption I'm soo annoyed wasting my time.
$400!? I paid over $600 here in Hollywood lol
Hey I’ll try to take a green glow stick that’s huge and say I’m a vip tour taker person lol 😂 and wear a green nurse suit jajajaja jk jk omg this is awesome tho and it is expensive where is koda and baby nugget??
We just did it last night for the first time. Definitely worth it. Request Mikey as your guide if you can, he is amazing.
Its mikey's first year. I dont even know him ! Dont ask for an amateur
@@toddbonanno5161 he is a great guide. We have no complaints.
Nightmare Fuel isn't very kid friendly? What kid is gonna want to go to HHN in the first place...? Wait a minute-
Spend any anount of time on the UOAP Facebook groups and you’ll see a lot of people complaining about how it’s not “kid friendly”. I figured I’d mention it so others know ahead of time if they plan on taking their kids and don’t like what they see. Believe me, I know kids should not be at HHN
@@ThemeParkExpress Oh yeah I know, I was just making an ironic remark on how I am indeed a child lmao. People do need to take that 13 and up recommendation to heart.
Oh valid! I forget how young you are! But you’re a special breed of horror loving child that belongs there so you’re the exception lol
@@ThemeParkExpress why thank ya! 😊✨☠️🎃
My kids love HHN!!! It's super fun taking your kids. Will not be going to that show though. lol
Still way too much $ for me.
Glad you got to go though
Did you go on any rides?
We only did a ride together because a house near by was closed for a bit. I was ahead of schedule at that point and needed something fun to fill the time. Leaving that area to do other houses far away and then all the way back to that area to see the show seemed kind of a long walk. So we are not suppose to do rides on this tour, but we can use them if needed. Dont expect them but its possible. Also the rip credential is an express pass on rides when not on tour
@@toddbonanno5161 can you use the RIP tour for express before your tour? If my tour is 8:30, can I go ride express from 6:30 til then?
@@baseballspanky17 that is correct. You can get into the park at park opening at the vip/rip check in. You will receive your credentials which give you express for the rides and you can check in for your tour later when its time.
Do private RIP tours grant access to rides while with tour guide?
@@SilentHillMyHome in Orlando we didn't do any rides during the tour. In Hollywood we did a couple of the bigger rides. But like the person before said, if your tour doesn't start till 8pm, you are able to enter the park at 6pm, check in, get your RIP pass & ride everything with express. If your tour is early you usually get done early & have a couple of hours till park close to ride. Only exception was Gringotts. We rushed to ride it before our tour because it was supposed to close before our tour ended.
I've never done a tour but you might as well get frequent fear with express, much better deal then the tour. Its almost the same price haha and you can go multiple times
The tour for 2022 is $379 each I believe I hope that includes the admission ticket
That is definitely not worth $400
Wtf 280 dollars it's not that costly lol. If this dude thinks that's expensive idk what very expensive is
Not worth it.
That food looked disgusting - waste compared to what you pay!!! Also, cheap costumes on scareactors
