The tab you have labeled as "Manage" says "Configuration" on my Planning Center. I was trying to follow along and thought other users may have the same issue. Not sure if there was an update since the video was done or if that tab was renamed on ours, I don't really know anything about this yet, thats what brought me here. :)
The video is a little older but still relevant! We can take a look with you to ensure we get you up and running and ensure it all makes sense. support.planningcenteronline.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?
Is there a way to send a reminder email without them having to "approve or decline" I have weekly Sunday School teachers who I like to send a reminder to, however I don't want them to have to "approve" every single week. Also can you set it up to where those emails go out automatically every month that you have the schedule set up or do you have to go in each month and click "send emails"? Thanks!
Currently, we do not have a way to not show accept and decline options via email, but we have some suggested workarounds. Option 1: What you can do, is disable prepared notifications, and instead, default the scheduling status to confirmed. Then only have Reminder Emails go out. Here is a lesson on this and where it is managed: Scheduling Defaults pcoservices.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115008639247-Team-Settings?#SetSchedulingDefaults Option 2: Move the team to a Sign Up Team. You can read more about that here. hello. I was curious if I do not have services on our plan and only just checkin and people will my volunteers be able to checkin for where they are volunteering?
Great question! A manned station will do the trick. If you want volunteers to have less access and prefer to have them check in on Self-stations, that's an option, too. If you go that route: The first time the volunteer checks in, you'll need to use a Manned station to change their check-in type to Volunteer. Check-Ins will remember them going forward. Without a Services schedule to look at, a Self-station won't be able to consider volunteers whose check-in location often changes from week to week. Ex.: If you volunteered in Nursery last week and Greeters this week, Check-Ins will recommend Nursery, not Greeters. That's where you want to use a Manned station if you don't want to use Services.
Hey Aaron! Great question. Currently, we give Team Leaders or Schedulers permission to see team members' information and availability, so volunteers should contact their Team Leader about any scheduling changes.
Great question! We share more via our help guide but we can certainly help you make a look, too. If needed, send us a support message so we can access your account, too! pcopeople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003006334?
Hey Meghan, could you point us to the time in the video where you're not understanding the feature? We'll be happy to help, and incorporate a better explanation in future teaches.
Thanks for this info! We're not ready for all of this yet, but this video helps us to see what scaling looks like as we grow as a church.
Thanks for watching, Brian!

Do you have any label machines that you recommend? Can you use ANY label printer?
Here are all the printer types and models that Check-Ins supports: pulse.ly/p1vx5d5ftg
Do you happen to know if any of these printers non thermal? @@planningcenter
Is there a way to allow someone to find a substitute?

I don’t really understand the sign up function. Does it only go to your team?

Hi, may I ask which Brother printer model this is please? Thank you!
Yeah! That one is the Brother QL820BW. The 820 has Bluetooth, which is sometimes more reliable than the 810, which only has Wi-Fi.
How does a volunteer check someone out???
Great question! We share more here: pcocheck-ins.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204461930-Checking-Out
can I add Volunteers that doesn't have email? or whats the proper way to schedule our senior people, that doesn't know to well apps
yes, you can schedule people even if they don't have an email address. But you'll want to communicate that schedule to them another way.
