What I do is I bring in any left overs from home and give it to an older co worker who lives alone and doesn't cook . That helps me not to throw away food and I like that iam helping some one as well I also take inventory of what I have and make a meal plan around that first which helps with not only lessening food waste but your budget as well .
That's great, Letrice!
Man the only things I waste are the ends of the onion that hold the root and stem.
The stalk of my broccoli.
I live alone. If it goes on my plate it goes into my belly.
I am worth some money but I live frugally. Even if I had more money it is not my habit to be wasteful.
