It looks like the lower unit got caught on the buoys that mark the slalom course. Very violently!

The prop on a ski boat is in the middle of the boat so they can turn real sharp it got caught on those buoys that the steers put this go in and out like a slalom course when it cut the anchor wire it just stopped the boat
I’ve owned boats for over 40 years I’ve never had theses kind of problems. It’s not that hard people. Use your heads for something besides a hat rack.
every time i go to the boat ramp, i question why we are not required to have some type of hands on class/test/certification to launch, operate and retrieve a boat. It never fails, go to any boat ramp, and there is -ALWAYS- some dumb ass without a clue.
I’ve worked at a Marina for 3 years and can confirm this comment is accurate as hell lol, sometimes I’d have to help people load their boats just for safety of property
Been launching/loading at ramps for 13 yrs, started out as a newbie, and in and out of some bad wind/tides. Just go slow, think it out.
To have a good time just get a pizza and sit at a boat ramp before sunset on a holiday. It's unbelievable what you will see..

trailer one of each side of the hitch so you not have to chase your boat and trailer
if you don't have them get some welded on your trailer will save you a lot of headaches

I’m terrible at boat launches or pick ups. But not this bad. I was struggling once at the dock and a nice young lady that was an old hand at it stepped up and launched my boat for me.She was all of 25.

@@theariesexperiment4642 in my opinion, based on what I see in the video..... that's at least a $50k truck. And I'll say at least $40k boat. Add the trailer and all the accessories in the truck and boat and you're looking at a lot. I dont personally have a boat, I wish.
But I've also heard the two best days of owning a boat are the day you buy it and the day you sell it.

Literally a perfectly good boat ramp, but this dumbass says NOPE! I'm going off the dock. My guess is the trailer was too hard for him to back up, so he unhooked it from his Prius and had to manually walk it to the nearest spot to the water, which happened to be the dock.

I had to take a boating course with my parents when I was 13 or 14 years old!! Learned how to tie up a boat and how to drive one biggest one I got to steer was a 37 foot tollycraft named ANGIE BABY!!These people needed a course in boating safety if they took one they all flunked big time!! I could even back up the truck with a boat on it and crank up the boat onto the trailer at 13 and 14 years old!!
