Ya'll are so cute with Quincy being Cassie's mom. I know all jobs have pros and cons but I'll say that cruise is a big ole pro.
I would caution against taking your passport into any port, even Castaway. Too easy to lose or be stolen. The ships crew can retrieve from your safe in an extreme emergency

Question, with the package do you pick the time for your stingray experience? Or they pick it for you. We were just there back in May and we already want to go back, lol. The food at the Island is amazing!!

Wow aren't we still in hurricane season? You guys really lucked out with the weather! Perhaps I missed it, but was there any discussion on what Disney Cruises do in the event of inclement weather? I am sure they have a contingency plan!

Hurricanes are slow and predictable enough that cruise ships can avoid them. Also, no matter what the line the passenger agreements say the lines can skip any port calls if necessary, the only compensation is automatically refunding any prepaid shore excursions.

As a general rule...they practice so if the unthinkable happens they know what to do. Derp
@@WildBill15650 Part of the reason for the high death toll in the sinking of the Lusitania in 1915 was that some crewmembers were untrained in lowering the lifeboats.
as a general rule each cruise ship has crew drills when guests aren't off it happens weekly. UA-camrs who are also dancers/singers, casino hosts shows what crew drill are like and they also do maintenance making sure the life boats are good to go and Kate who is a captain of a celebrity ship a sister ship to Royal Caribbean shows the crew all tuck into a lifeboat to test it out. The crew also have to learn how to turn a small life boat in the water.@@R32R38
