First, Jeffrey, excellent job! 2nd, kind of amazed the T-1100MX wil do titanium so well. Jeffery fits into the crew well with a good screen persona, clear voice and logical explanations.
Great job Jeff. You are going to be a natural. Only observation -you will grow out of being so much of a lecturer when you start being yourself. Jon comes across as if he is having a relaxed conversation with a bloke in the pub - that’s what makes presentations really easy to follow. Your content and instruction was perfect. Perhaps you could launch a series of clips based on you learning experience and daily challenges, it would be like gold dust to other young people just starting out or taking an interest in engineering. looking forwardcto more content, top marks buddy.
Hi John, Jeffrey not just did an awsome job on the project. He also did a good job showing the whole project in the video. I am sure we will see more of his work in the not too distant future. "What better than a titanium key holder?" - what about titanium key blanks ;-)
Jeffery, On the backside of the part, which adaptive strategy did you use to clear off the top-hat? 2D or 3D? They video is just blurry enough that I can't see it. Thanks in advance.
PSA: Never show your keys to the internet (especially when people can easily find out where you are using those keys). Here's a great presentation on how easy it is to copy someone's keys from a picture: watch?v=AayXf5aRFTI
NYC CNC need a second channel for this b - grade material, watching this was painful Its that feeling you get when you open your $1000 fone and discover that its a $100 fake from china
Making UA-cam videos is not easy. There's allot to remember, especially when you're starting. If I had Jeffrey working in my workshop, recording videos like this I would be stoked. I wonder if there was anything in particular that made you think its "b-grade"? Hope you're having a good weekend Billy. -Ken
@@MakeTechPtyLtd This is John's channel and i have come to expect a certian amount of energy, enthusiasm and information from his videos, this one didnt deliver. Its got a hum of bait & switch about it which i dont belive it is. Im a big fan of this channel and its how i got started with fusion 360 over two years ago but this video made me want to hammer that unsubscribe button
@@queuing89 John has set the bar pretty high. I understand your point. Maybe I'm more forgiving being a UA-cam myself. I think of the last 4 videos I recorded only one makes the cut because of one reason or another. It really isn't easy to consistently hit that high standard.
Great job Jeffery. Clear, concise, and great on-screen presence.
John, I want more videos from Jeffrey. He's enthusiastic and his teaching style works well.
Two thumbs up!

We need more videos from Jeffery! Awesome job and fun part! I really learned alot and I'll be applying this to my next project!
Great job Jeffery! Looks like you fit right in. Thanks for sharing!
You just showed your key profiles, I would recommend re keying your locks.
I hope the keys in your thumbnail aren't to anything important.
Hi, LockPickingLawyer here, today we are going to be getting a new CNC machine for the garage!
Probably not as they are blanks.
Pretty toothy looking blanks
@@oswynfaux not in my thumb nail.
Looks like they've updated the thumbnail and removed the last part of the video that had close ups of the keys :)
Welcome to NYC CNC Jeffery! Looking forward to more videos from you... Best of luck... Fred
Great job Jeffery. My inner geek has now been fed. Kudos from the Garden of England.
Awesome insight into the ball-nose end mill Jeffery; something I will keep an eye out for when I start machining in my projects/products!

Very cool! Makes perfect sense now that I've seen it but not something that I thought about calculating before.
Great job dude! Awesome video.
"If I had to do it all over again...." should be followed by "I would do it on HAAS" :P
Good first video! Which type of titanium is used? :)
Awesome job.
Impressive explanation, thank you.
Well done dude!

Casting molds would be more efficient for mass production?
Good job!
a lot of good info in here, thank you. and change your locks.
Great video lots of good info. You sound like Barney the dinosaur which I found amusing. Good job 👍
As others have said, if those keys open anything you care about you need to re-key the locks. Great job though.
Any plans to add SGS/Kyocera as a partner?
Would love to see S-Carb 😍
thought i was watching how its made with mark tuxbury
Please give this guy a better microphone.

Throw me a frickin' bone!
Too bad you have to pay F360 for the right to use steep and shallow...on top of paying to just have it....
for sure not efficient
