Will never forget him being in an old school viral video at the launch of the first iPhone where he sold his spot to a woman who was trying to buy a ton of iPhones to scalp. After she paid Marc a ton of money, the store would only sell the woman like one or two phones. Always loved seeing his journey to where he is today.
Whilst I'm not a musician like Marc, I'm an acting student and I can say that I relate to Marc. I do feel confident whilst on stage but I do have to deal with feelings of self doubt. It's a bitch to deal with but it's interesting to see Marc talk about it from his perspective. Makes me want to be like him
Anthony just broke my brain by saying you don't have to process these emotions as worry, you can still observe these thoughts and emotions happening without attaching the worry. I need this mans therapist.
All loop daddy jokes aside, Marc is a musical maestro. Being able to make something worth listening to, consistently and something that is still original is tricky, but he does it so well. Love this episode!
Seeing that bbno$ has been collaborating witb other youtubers like Smosh, Tiny Meat Gang (Cody Ko and Noel Miller) and Moist Critical, I bet the collab with him and Marc will happen. He's probably seen this video and planning the collab as we speak
saw him play at Venice beach! It was a great experience. My friends and I were some of the first people to sit down infront of his table. Yet as soon as he started playing, a huge crowd of people who were in the back bum rushed his table standing up. At this point there was no way were going to be able to watch him play. I was bummed out but then Marc told everyone who was standing to sit down and they did so we then could watch the show and that was awesome! Some people behave like animals, since there was no seating arrangements or security everyone from the back completely bum rush to the front like a mob of animals. Thank goodness Marc told everyone to sit down.
Saw this man in Koln, Germany. Someone from the crowd threw him a rubber duck and proceeded to make a banger out of it. Whole crowd was going wild. Such an experience.
Marc is literally part of my daily routine with his "YOUR NEW MORNING ALARM" as my alarm ringtone. Hasn't failed me yet. Love you Marc, keep doing what you do.
He pulled me and my Girlfriend on Stage in Vegas last year! I haven’t smoked for like 6 months and decided i would smoke a bit at his show loll. I felt too high to be in public but my girl made me feel grounded again. Literally 5 minutes after that whole moment i am being pulled on stage by Marc with another couple. It was so freakin surreal and just pure fun yet aggravating because Sober me would have told him so much more when he gave me the Mic to introduce myself. I listen to Marc whenever i feel Depressed and his energy is literally like Medicine to me. I really wanted to tell him that. But anyways it was a great show, a great time and the crowd was dope af too. 100% making an animation for one of his songs. Either Flamingo or Maniac lol idk.
As soon as Anthony said “The police are coming for you” I heard sirens outside in the distance. Lmao I’ve seen Marc twice now and it’s been a truly spiritual experience each time. The love and authenticity he puts into what he creates and out into the crowd is much needed and much appreciated. It’s such a fun, liberating, goofy, beautiful time. And I hope to see him again in the future! As some others have said, Marc’s music really got me through the pandemic. Something just clicked for me when I’d watch his live streams during the lock down and he said “keep poopin’ on it”. I really felt that. Anyway, amazing interview and chemistry between Anthony and Marc. Milky milky milkshake will live rent free in my head, always 💜
Relate so much to this guy. In the opposite side, as a producer, there is the same element of “what if my song sucks” type of mess up. What gets me through is continuing to create, just like him. When you have success at some point, it gives you that confidence that “well I don’t actually suck that much” and it’s the culmination of the fails and successes that drives towards something great.
Don't know why UA-cam hid this video from me for a whole day. I've followed Marc since he only had a few tens of thousands of subs. Saw him live in the EU 3 times, the man is a phenomenon
I love Marc, he's very talented and deserves to be as popular as he is now. He's very humble and seems like such a great guy. I really enjoy watching him work and you really cant stop watching him once you start. ❤
I love how I grew up watching Beardyman as a teen and then Marc Rebillet comes along and does some similar stuff 15 years later. So great to see this kind of live evolution of loops and music creation still be enjoyable to so many people.
Starting out immensely talented -- which Marc is -- is only the start. Anything of real value takes a massive amount of time and effort. And then we have to continue to work just as hard to sustain it. I call it pushing the rock down the road. Marc's talent is dazzling, not to mention nearly impossible to replicate, and I'm really glad that he is being seen and heard by so many people. Even for those of us with more modest abilities, it's still such thrill to see the product of our efforts being enjoyed by others. You go, Loop Daddy. Let your freak flag fly!
I started watching Marc's livestreams at the most ungodly hours in South Africa. Starting at those restaurants. Man is hilarious and highly talented. If, for whatever reason he ever pops up in South Africa, there is no chance I'm missing that show.
As an Australian, I'm so sorry about what happened at the Ice Spice concert! Unfortunately the RnB/hip-hop crowd here can be really difficult. For some reason, the metal/screamo scene here is much calmer... so if you visit again Marc, please consider a solo show or opening for a metal band, we'd love to see you perform :)
Correcting all the comments here, Anthony Fantano looks like bald Marc Rebillet 🫡 Marc is an icon haven’t watched one of these interviews in a minute he brought me back 🩲👘
Love this. Marc is inspiring on many levels and this interview did a great job of unpeeling the Marc Rebillet onion. A great thing was brought up of how people seeing Marc Rebillet having fun is a reminder that we can have fun too. There's this healing element to Marc's performances on different levels. When many of us deal with different things in life, it's this cocktail of therapy that Marc stirs up in a live stream that pops up from time to time, or, if we are lucky, seeing him live at a show or pop-up. I was fortunate to see him once in a neighboring city years back (Buffalo). Someday I'd like to meet him, shake his hand, and say thank you. Marc, keep doing what you are doing and thank you for bringing joy to the world.
I've been following Marc for a long time and just love how truly bizarre he is. I absolutely love eccentric people and as a fellow musician I find him not only fascinating, but immensely talented. I loved his collaborations during the pandemic and he's done some really amazing things. I have tickets to see him in a very small venue in November and I am so excited because he is one of my very favorite artists and I love the fact that he is so unique!
Words will never be enough to describe how amazing this man is, as a musician I am inspired and in love with what he does and who he is. Marc hits hard , and makes me laugh at the same time , he's got a special talent that is unique to him alone, I hope you continue for as long as you can my man

Marc has absolutely no equal. His energy, his skills, his voice... he's legit in a league of his own.
he’s an angel
I agree, he is a genuinely unique artist. His music does have some bangers. He got a lot of weird shit too. He's all about it
dont forget about that ass
It's kinda reassuring to see someone who just radiates confidence when on stage also having to deal with impostor syndrome and self-doubt
thats just how it is man. But still no matter how much reassuring we get, we will still self-doubt to an extent forever 😂

I met this dude at a random backyard party way back in 2017-18. I’m glad he’s still doing his thing💯
