To attract more results in terms of increased viewers, retention, or CTR on your videos, it's essential to focus on optimising your video.
The problem is the algorithm of youtube. I have another channel with 12k followers and is happening the same. I do this for fun otherwise I will be stressed haha
I went from channel high views in December for my channel (thousands of views in long form and Shorts) to a nosedive of 6 views of long form, and practically 0 views on shorts. Literally overnight. My channel was started in Jan 2023. So now I'm seeing watch hours disappear, because of videos from 365 days ago. Feel no desire to keep going when impost videos no one sees, and seeing watch hours being taken away. A month ago I had one video do 102 watch hours. Now? No new video breaks an hour
I do not know why big channel are quitting. But I started thinking about it seriously about 10 month ago. There is just a way to many weird stuff going on with there dashboard statistic. There is something that is really broken or they are trolling channel creator on purpose. I am not sure what it is but something is going one for sure. I never seen a year with so much bullshit statistic ever in the last 16 years. I think they are really likely to literally lie to avoid paying people.

That is happening a lot. I think some youtubers are leaving as a protest for the youtube algorithm that changed not for the best.
