    What pilot and main jets did you use in the Nibbi ?

    Bro! You can get an 45 or 90 degree fitted air intake hose to reach under the battery then cut a custom splash guard so it can still pull in clean air & stay dry. Got mine from Amazon doesn’t touch the shock

    Good to know! I plan on getting a Nibbi for mine when the time comes (ie, when my to-do list isn't fifteen pages long).

    On the nibbi carb did you change the jets or just installed the carb out of box ?

    And what did you take out to put the carb in

      No I haven’t done the sprocket yet. I’d like to talk to someone that has the 5 speed. Im not sure if you actually gain much from the 6 speed. But I’m thinking the sprocket would give a little more room to play around in first and second gear. It feels like you run out of gear quick on the 6 speed.

      For the carb you honestly don’t have to remove anything. It’s a direct fit for the stock manifold and air box. But I did find that the gasket on the manifold was put in wrong and blocking half of the intake. I had to notch one of the holes for the gasket to line up right. So it’s worth it to remove the stock manifold just to assure the gasket is lined up right. Also the nibbi comes with a manual choke. Just remove it and slide your choke cable in it’s a direct fit same size nut and tread.

      Thanks for the info very informative. Would you have the nibbi part number or description available. And do you have to adjust mixture or swap out jets? I'm at sea level here in south Florida

    Did you have to adjust your pilot an idle screws? Do you know your settings for your elevation? I had to turn my pilot(air screw) all the way in and idle(fuel screw) 3 turns out to get it to idle, any adjustments out on air or in on fuel raises the idle rpm way too high. Where I have it is the only setting where it runs normal the issue is the spark plug is wet black indicating too rich. I'm at 300 feet above sea level. Any input on settings for reference would be helpful.

    The Nibbi pwk is much better if you wanted to increase performance

    I'm just wondering, non related question but, are the wheel hubs on the Templar cast or billet? I've seen a couple of videos like yours where they look really shiny like billet but in the assembly vid they're dull like cast?

    Does your carb sit at an angle? Mine kinda does. I used factory choke set up and everything. Jw. Thanks

    I just got one of these bikes (pre-assembled because I'm lazy). There's a hose dangling from the bottom/left side of the (stock) carb and I'm not sure where it goes. I think it's an air/vacuum line that attaches to the air box (?). It'll start up and idle just fine but when I give it even just a little throttle it's stalls out. There's also another separate hose that I think connects to the gas cap but the other end goes...??? Any thoughts would be highly appreciated!!

      It's a over flow for the carb so if your float bowls get stuck it will drain out the end and not drain all over the engine. It's suppose to hang

    • @LAIRDO-
      @LAIRDO- Рік тому +1

      @christophermabe4668 Thanks. I did eventually figure that out. At first I thought it was supposed to attach to something!

      @@LAIRDO- did you ever put a different carb on it

    • @LAIRDO-
      @LAIRDO- Рік тому

      @@Well_Rounded No. I don't see a reason at this point. I drive it around town, hardly ever go over 35 on it.

      @@LAIRDO- yeah the carb on it is great but it doesn't start up that well , have to hold the choke forever .

    Did you happen to x-shop X-pro Titan Vs Templar Vs Hawk before buying the Templar? I cant get a straight answer on what the difference is between the 3? Do you happen to know?

    • @BradSabako
      @BradSabako 10 місяців тому

      Hawk and titan are 16 hp 223cc. Templar X is 249 cc and 19 hp, 6 speed vs. 5 speeds on the others.
