You should do an Amber Oud buying guide! It would be nice to have a definitive list of what each one is a clone of and if they’re worth picking up.

@@ChaosFragrances Outstanding! The line has some high quality stuff but there’s a few I’ve been hesitant to purchase just due to conflicting information on what they’re cloning. Like the original Amber Oud. The reviews on that are a mess. I’ve heard it’s a clone of Interlude. Some people say it’s tobacco vanille, but that doesn’t make much sense because they have the tobacco edition, and reviews for the original also get confused for reviews of the gold edition. So I’ve had a hard time pinpointing what some of them are supposed to be. And now like you said, it gets really confusing because they’ve introduced the exclusif line.
The regular non gold edition was a tobacco vanil clone but they discontinued it and came out with tobacco edition, gold edition is an urba Pura clone which is where many people get mixed up

@@guachito33 it's not Al Haramain. The brand is apparently "Amber Oud Exclusif" and they are cloning the Al Haramain Amber Oud bottle and look, which is crazy because Al Haramain is already a clone fragrance brand. It's a strange clone of a clone.

I just bought this and I already have Layton to compare and they are identical. I literally can't tell the difference. 1:1 except bleu is stronger in projection and definitely last longer.

I blind bought this 6 months ago, thinking it was a stronger version of the Blu edition " BDC twist" ..I was wrong and couldn't be happier! Bought the whole Exclusif line. Blu and Emerald are the most worn. The red one "sport" is awesome too. Kalan inspired.
Yes the regular Amber Oud Bleu by AH is a Bleu de Chanel clone. The Exclusif line seems to be their PDM clones.
I did a side by side today and I think it almost a 1:1 except Al Haramain projected more and lasted longer. But even the retailers couldn’t tell the difference

I recieved the Bleu Layton clone. Sprayed it on my arm early this morning. My scent of the day was Green Irish Tweed. I reapplied GIT two times today. It's now almost midnight. Bleu is still outshining GIT

What you are holding is a fake!! Reach out to Al Haramain. They confirmed they never made any ‘bleu’. No where on the box of ‘Bleu’ it mentions Al Haramain.
A known UA-camr has confined the same as well.
The exclusif bleu was my first Al Haramain buy after hearing it was a chanel clone. Bleu De Chanel is my favorite fragrance of all time and this clone smells nothing like it so always wondered what it was a clone of. So thanks. Al Haramian is such a great house with some really powerful originals and clones

This is NOT an Al Haramain. Unfortunately the reviewer doesn't realize the brand. It very much looks like an Al Haramain, BUT the name is not even on it. This company is plainly named Amber Oud.

The bleu to Chanel clone is the Al Haramain “bleu edition”. Not the exclusif Bleu. Gets confused all the time. He did a review on it also.

It's fake indeed. None of this Exclusif line is featured on Al Haramain's website, and the name of the brand is not written anywhere on the bottle unlike authentic Amber Oud series fragrances.
I definitely get the menthol smell in Amber Oud Exclusif Bleu. But I like it. It’s kinda of the icing on the cake for me.
This is from Al Haramain. It is repackaged Orientica Xclusif Oud Bleu (Orientica is a sister company of Al Haramain).

Just picked this up after reading all the rave reviews and it doesn't do it for me at all. The opening has an abrasive cough syrup smell and the dry down is also unpleasant. I'll let it sit fir a month and see if it grows on me but so far, it's a bit rank.

Amber Oud is the brand name. Exclusif Blue is the product. It used to be called Orientica (Brand) Xclusif Bleu.
They are both the same Layton clone juice. But if u can find old Orientica bottles online they are cheaper and the new rebranded Amber Oud.
Do not mistake Al Harmain (brand) Amber Oud Blue for Amber Oud (brand) Exclusif Bleu.
If it’s Amber Oud Bleu by AH then it is the Bleu De Chanel clone.

You are probably sprang too much if your nose is hurting... You don't need to be dripping wet... 4 or 5 sprays is definitely more than enough

There's the regular amber oud line that includes scents like blue edition,tobacco edition,carbon edition ect ect. Then there's the exclusive line such as exclusive emerald,exclusive blue ect ect......shout outs from NYC.

Can you help us by what is the difference between Amber Oud Exclusif Blue Extract de Parfum and Al Haramain Amber Oud Blue Edition Eau de Parfum, cause if you check the ingredients in both are the same.

I went to their store and sprayed the amber oud blue on myself... barely I could perceive and even people around me can't sniff anything 🤔 I doubt the performance on that one..

Am going back today, I love the amber oud gold edition smell on my wrist though its kinda sweet but not annoying and the tobacco edition, but they seem also not coming out from my skin but stayed for a very long long time even after I had my shower. I need projection 🤔

Confirmed with al haramain that this is a fake. Taking this up with the retailer now as I bought a bottle.
So, I’m aware this is floating around as one of Al Haramain’s lines. It clearly isn’t as there is no branding on the bottle or pack again. However, it’s still such an amazing fragrance so why bother getting a refund? There is no “official” version of this. A fragrance house made this “exclusif” line in the style of Al Haramain’s Amber Oud line, it’s still an amazing fragrance.
@@pixology8622 I started thinking the same as the juice is quality, however, after wearing it a few times, I realised it drys down to being almost identical to detour noir by 1-2 hours in. The longevity and projection on detour noir is also superior.
Unlikely to get a refund so I will likely sell the bottle.

@@ymiggs Take Chaos Fragrance's opinion to heart. It's actually extremely close. Layton just has a bit more woods/spice in the mid but in the air, for me, you'd have trouble picking out which is which. Both perform terribly on me, though. The sample from scent splits is either fake product or from this "new" batch people are saying is watered down. Thats why i'm getting the extrait from al haramain. They nailed it with detour noir so now I just need actual performance.

I bought Royal Equestrian maybe around 2 years ago. It is NOT a Layton clone. Mine was 70% close at best. If you were shipping to the US, the price per ml was shit as well. I've only had one Al Haramain (Amber Oud Rouge), and I was extremely impressed. Armaf and Al Haramain do the best overall work for clones.
Bleu Edition is BDC clone, Bleu Exclusif is Layton. While we're there I didn't pick up any hype about that BDC rendition.

Yeah, but you only need 2 sprays for this to project like crazy which saves you sprays, it will basically last you as much as a 3.6 due to the crazy projection

Hi I often find myself watching your videos although I don't believe in having a huge collection I use Versace Dylan Blue and Chopard Incense Malaki or Bvlgari Man Orient and PDM Layton decants throughout the year wanted to test L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme Issey Miyake, Jaipur Homme Bousheron and Zino Davidoff for spring what do you say?
