The chunky girl is the younger sister of the wife. I understand their language and the culture. I don't think the wife will let the King messes with her younger sister, they're from the Visayan region and very possessive and will not hesitate to hurt you if they feel you're messing with their family let alone a younger sister. I know Janice is 20 years old but she's just plain young at heart and childish and is just playful, Fatima is reserved and quiet but is in control of her younger sister Janice.
