I used to be able to crack my neck like this….then one day I woke up with constant neck pain and not many cracks when I pop my neck. PLEASE don’t crack your neck very often like these people, you WILL regret it. Only trying to warn people because I didn’t listen when people told me to stop now Im in pain.
@@markpatrick5246 your body just got used to the stretch of it so that’s why you don’t have cracks anymore (cuz your flexibility got better cuz of constantly putting it in those positions)
