- In this video I breakdown my monthly UA-cam analytics and how I've grown my type beat channel to over 15,000 subscribers (now 16,400) and 6,500,000 views WITHOUT any ads or promo. I also reveal how much I get paid from UA-cam revenue. I will make a Part 2 where I go into more detail about everything else there is to it!

Thank you for sharing, pretty inspirational! How long goes it normally take you to make a beat?
Thank you for the easy explanation ❤❤❤❤😊

i love this video! it makes me happy some producers can grow through the years. but sad that just as my old channel was about to hit its Peak so close to monetization.. youtube randomly deleted and banned my old page as someone tried to claim my beat was theirs.. probably because of false content id and such claims when they baught a license from me..
Damn that sucks yeah UA-cam can be so weird just gotta keep going and try again
yeah i will keep trying though, was so close to 1k and was at 3600 hours@@lollypopbeatz
This is so helpful, thank you! I'll have to think about a niche.

Thanks for making this video! It’s very informative. I have a question for you and anyone in the comments feel free to chime in with helpful advice. I’ve just started releasing beats on BeatStars in July 2023 and trying to grow my UA-cam channel as well. I work a 9-5 and any free time I get I’m working on music. When you say you post beats to UA-cam every day, do you copyright your beats beforehand or is this something that you don’t bother with. Time is precious and my workflow is getting 10 beats prepared, sent off for copyright, then release. Is this a good method or possibly overthinking? What are your thoughts? Feel free to dm if anyone has any helpful advice. Thanks in advance!
I don’t copyright my beats, it is hard to keep track of who’s using your beats and dropping songs etc but it’s just part of the UA-cam type beat game annoyingly. I know some people that do copyright their beats though and I wish I did but when you’re posting every day or often it gets very time consuming
Consistency is 🔑
Facts
GOOD ADVICE I WAS GETTING LITERALLY 3 OR 4 VIEWS I'VE USED THIS METHOD FOR 3 DAYS SO FAR AND IT'S SLOWING STARTING TO SHOW BENEFITS,BLESS
THANKS LAUREN!!!!
Thanks🔥🔥🔥👍
🙌
Looking forward to your tutorials.
What would you recommend to producers who don't make type beats but like to experiment with their own sound? Or is the best way to grow an audience to do type beats, gain an audience, and then venture out?
But what if you post every single day? Is it possible to grow in a week? And what's the best time to post?
She’s a gangsta
Thank you for this video🍭🍭🍭
🙌
I arranged it the following way now:
1 R&B, 1 Afro R&B and 1 Afrobeat per week.
Was thinking if I stick to this it won‘t mix up the algorithm too much. Or would you recommend doing 3 separate channels but rather uploading once a week only?
Should i create a new channel or start on my existent one that i put remix and mashup?
Been grinding locally and sold beats to a lot of artists in my area but I have so many beats just lying around because many locals want them exclusively but only are willing to dash me 60€. Gotta start uploading again on YT and Beatstars
Having connections to local artists is also a big bonus so keep up w that as well as posting on UA-cam
🙌🙌

Gooooo 🆙
💯💯
Thans for the tips
🙏
I'm going to keep trying. Greetings. ❤
Good 🙌
You are fireeee
Thank you 🙏
What about naming the beats. Do you name them according to Chief Keef songs or how do you make each title unique
Lolly on the beat 😉
I love making beats but personally I don't wanna categorize myself by labeling my videos as type beats & I just wanna post beats as is, would you say using this same format could be applied in this own niche? Btw I'm not saying there's anything wrong with type beats I personally look them up myself but I also look for the Markert of people who just make experimental beats that I feel artist could use but have lil exposure so would using this method be the same as marketing a type beat channel but without the type beats with just regular beats you enjoy making or having inspiration behind beats without labeling to a certain category?
I feel you, try it out and make whatever you feel and if people like it they will come back for more
sO much thanks
🙏
How do you record your daw and yourself at the same time when you make videos of you making beats

very nice
Ur invited to the cookout
yo i dont understand why my ctr is so low, i use default thumbnails with artist photos and my ctr is 6% for the last month, whats could be the reason?
Started uploading and my schedule is 2 Beats a week, since I study medicine. My niche was Afrobeats and Afro R&B but I'm thinking, for this niche especially, it would be better to just put the artists in a type beat. So Tems Type Beat, Burna Boy Type Beat, Rema Type Beat, Libianca/ Omah Lay etc. Haven't had the most success with just putting Afrobeats and Afro R&B Type Beat into the title. Anyone else got some tips on that?

Thank you 😅 gotta get better tho
consistency is key frfr
1000%
🦅🦅🦅
what would be a good niche type atm? artist wise i mean?
There isn’t a “good” niche I can think of you just gotta start posting and see for yourself. Try pick an artist that is upcoming but enough people are searching for their type beats
@@lollypopbeatz thanks for the answer. May i ask you one more question. Ive got a yt channel already with 1k subs but its a mixed type of channel all sorts of content should i start a fresh type beat one or just build up from my 1k existing channel? There are some videos id like not to delete tho since one of them got 1,4 mil views (gaming stuff) any ideas?:)

Finally a tutorial 😄
Yes finally! Hopefully gonna continue posting loads

i really do understand what you're saying but i can't stick myself to one genre of type cuz i'm so versatile i wanna try different thing so it's kinda hard to stick only with one type of beat on my channel
Yeah I feel you 100% just try out posting different beats see what you enjoy making the most and if people like it they will come back for more
Je t’aime ❤bonjour de la France 🇫🇷
Soo tell me, you posting "free" type beat on yt and also selling it on beats stars? or have non posted beats on beatstars only?
They’re free for recording purposes only so if they wanna drop the song on any platform they gotta buy a lease. It’s the same for most beats on yt. And each beat is available to buy on beatstars
@@lollypopbeatz ahhh ok I got it! Thanks for answer;)
Where do you get your cover art for your beats?
Google or look on the artists Instagram
Can my niche also be 2 genres? I mainly prod Afrobeats and RnB but stopped uploading 2 years ago.
Yeah I’d say max 2 tho

I started boom Bap Type channel and got 70k views and 430 subs in 3 weeks. LoL. Now it got down a bit and im seeking for solutions
Damn that’s great keep it up you never know it could go crazy again
