I think this song was from the shinobu centered album. So instead of kanata ,I believe the ryuseitai grade 1 are the center. They just used the ss2 cards for the vid this song was released way after ss2.
Since it’s not an event song there’s no specific focus on one member and if it gets an mv the center will most likely be chiaki because he’s the leader
