- This is a deep dive behind the scenes of one of our clients: Otto Group. A large retailer in Germany: With 4700 employees, a revenue of 2,956 billion € and a campus that is 205.000 sqm big (35 football fields!), they are the biggest online retailer for furniture and living spaces.
We supported the FutureWork team with our Collaboration Performance Map to structure the project for new work communication tools.
The video is in German but we will subtitle everything.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch für das gelungene Konzept. Das ist aus meiner Sicht genau die Richtung, welche in Zukunft in Unternehmen benötigt wird. Sicherlich ist dies nicht überall in diesem Umfang möglich, aber man kann auch erstmal klein anfangen. Wir haben bei uns einen Raum als Kreativraum umgebaut und haben hierfür nur gutes feedback bekommen. Würde ich mir gerne bei Otto mal live anschauen. Genial :-)

Amazing and superb video
Schöne Reportage. Mich würde interessieren welches Tool Otto für Projektmanagement benutzt. Der Planner ist wirklich rudimentär. Die Integration externer Tools in Teams ist nicht so wirklich cool. Und es gibt immer eine Soll-Bruch-Stelle.
Hallo, sehr anstrechende Office-Welt - kompliment. Wie lange hat die Transition letztendlich gedauert?
13:10 Farbe auf die man mit Boardmarkern schreiben kann?? Geil! Wie nennt sich sowas?
Echt interessant, wo der Trend hingeht. Sah auch alles recht ansprechend aus, und die Leute im Hintergrund wirkten entspannt.
Allerdings ist sowas m.E. auch nur bei Unternehmen möglich, die sowohl den Platz auch das Budget dafür haben... wird wohl leider nicht überall passen.
Finde es auch bemerkenswert, dass die "Stillarbeitsplätze" direkt neben dem Eventraum sind... Da es keine Tür oder Trennwand gab, wird das vermutlich nur dann funktionieren, wenn gerade da nichts los ist, schätze ich.
Auf jeden Fall gute Ansätze dabei.

Ja in der Tat braucht es Geld dazu aber es gibt auch sehr kreative nicht so kostspielige Ansätze. Katinka wird mehr davon in den nächsten Wochen teilen
Spannend. Werden die Arbeitsplätze tatsächlich flexibel genutzt oder sitzen die meisten stets am selben Platz? Wie findet man jemanden, wenn man schnell persönlich reden will? (Die Hintergrundmusik nervt und lenkte mich manchmal vom Inhalt ab).
Wäre ja mal interessant zu wissen, wie das den Mitarbeiter*innen so gefällt. Sieht ja alles fancy aus, aber New Work ist ja mehr als nur ein schöner Look. Es würde mich auch interessieren, was sich strukturell im Unternehmen verändert hat. Wurde hier nur minimal angerissen.

Ich würde es begrüßen wenn Eure Videos immer in deutsch wären mit englischem Untertitel.
Hi Georg, wir hatten uns das mal überlegt, aber die Zielgruppe ist bei englischen Videos deutlich größer. Wir schauen aber, dass wir immer mal wieder deutsche Videos veröffentlichen, würden dir deutsche Untertitel bei den englischen Videos helfen?
