Out of all the Winx fairies, Flora has been my favorite one since I was a kid. She and I have a lot in common, like the fact that we are 100% shy and insecure about ourselves. Even though I'm a pre teen at the moment I still look up to her. Gotta love that girl!
I love how amazing Floras Abilities are portrayed in Worlds of Winx, they really give each character time to shine. Not sure If you've seen season 2 of WOW already, but Flora really shows of her powers there.

Flora's sensitive nature is one of her biggest strengths, as she can easily determine whether to fight or not, and always explains why not to hurt a creature when the rest if the Winx complain.

Stella is the 3rd powerful. Ingino said in an interview. I'm pretty sure Stella was meant to be 2nd, but as the seasons went on, Flora clearly became much stronger.

The Black Willows tears is the only episode where Flora shows any aggression, and it's all because she was trying to her sister from drowning. They effectively saved the other's life.
i love the scenes when she beats icy ALONE a few times, especially season 6🥰🥰 (Flora changing winter into spring is my favourite one when icy couldn't defeat her) Tecna's sacrifice to earn her enchantix is my favourite one but i think Flora comes close by though, i mean she sacrificed herself for her sister to earn her enchantix after she saved Flora from the trix and that's not just it, she defeated the trix alone by using fairy dust so that's a bonus one😍😍
I remember the Tree of Life scene in the 4Kids dub when Flora says to Faragonda: "If I mess it up, the Tree of Life will die." (or something like that) and Faragonda straight-up says: "Then don't mess it up." Headmistress and member of the Company of Light, everyone! 4Kids was wild.
I feel like Flora would find another way to gain confidence, but it may have taken a bit longer. Whether it be succeeding by herself on a dangerous mission, or getting encouragement from her friends. Her and Bloom were actually pretty close in early seasons too. Probably wouldn't be as healthy a relationship with Helia then though.
