Cooking a Complete Holiday Turkey Dinner in our Campervan

- Can you cook a full holiday dinner (turkey, pie, and side dishes) in a 19 ft camper van?!? Watch and see if I can do it! The campervan is a Grech Turismo Ion. The campervan will not be plugged into shore power -- cooking with only the house batteries. The campervan does have a small microwave/convection oven which we'll use for the turkey, pie, and green beans and it has a two burner induction cooktop which will be used for carrots, stuffing, mash potatoes, and gravy. Stay tuned to see if we go hungry or eat a feast.

That's impressive. You must be from Wisconsin, the way you use butter! We make crustless pumpkin pie. Just follow the recipe on the can of pumpkin and bake in a pie dish. Happy Thanksgiving!
