I feel like I could SO see you as a family therapist! You have such a calm energy when you speak and seem to have a genuine love for family and helping others! There's also so many faith based therapists which can help individuals and families to get the mental health care they need while also using their faith do to so! You can always go back, there is so much time and everyone is on their own path!

If the bc pill continues to make you nauseas (it did for me) try the nuva ring! It doesn’t hit your blood stream like a pill does and has way less side effects. Also do not have to remember to take something everyday. It’s honestly the best one I’ve tried (and I’ve tried them all)

Girl my first birth control with estrogen in it made me nauseous for a year and a half when I was on it. I switched to one without estrogen and it’s SO much better! So maybe look into that if the nausea doesn’t get better

I was being sooo nauseous on birth control, especially during the first week every month, and it kept getting worse and worse with time, that's why I switched to the birth control ring and it's a little bit better now :)
All you have to do is go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and get a different color lightbulb like you might have more of a white in there right now and fluorescent. You might want to get a soft yellow and you can always change the lampshade above your head for the kitchen light, those are all things that you can. Do you have to put it back when you’re done renting

Birth control can affect mental health as well. (Speaking from personal experience :( ) so if you keep having bad side effects, maybe think about another form, like physical barriers, cycle monitoring, or something else. ❤❤

Be careful on birth control! I've watched you since the beginning, and love you! Birth control is so so terrible for your body! It has very lasting effects as well. So just know there are other options! Birth control is so bad for you! Made me sad to see it making you nauseous. Anyways, best wishes to you and Brock!

As a married woman; and this is my opinion take it or not; do not take birth control. I read that using it can cause woman not to be as fertile as they can be. My suggestion is to use pre natal vitamins. As they help prepare you to be more fertile and give you the vitamins you need. Like my opinion. Anyways nonetheless congratulations we are all happy for you!
Agree… birth control is not good for your health. I recommend the BBT method to track to avoid pregnancy and even conceive

I thought it was actually pretty risky to rely on this method
understandable it isn’t for everyone, but if you were to pair the BBT method with the FAM (include cervical mucus monitoring, other ovulation cues) it’s a fair method to go by
@@zecorah I really don’t know of BBT my husband takes care of himself… if you know what I mean. Each to their own. Honestly I take prenatal and I’m not super fertile; took me a long time to get pregnant and then I had my miscarriage. But depends everyone is different.
