Valkyrie is my mother's favourite character from this game... I even heard her humming this theme many times. I also really like the design of Valkyrie. Truly a beautiful maiden she is.
I'd say Valkyrie is the most powerful playable character in game. She can heal allies, counter-attack, endure a lot of pain and still beat the crap out of everyone. Gotta love someone like that!
Came here at light speed because when i heard the music in the game (When Sabine and Kurino started talking) that gave me so many memories of Rockman No Constancy, glad to know where it comes from (it comes from the arcade game of Valkirye)
Valkyrie is also a playable character in Tales of Vs.'s extra mode "Tales of Wall Breaker". And it's the most beautiful thing ever. I love Valkyrie. Wish we got more of her. I really wanted her as a guest in Soulcalibur VI :(

@LordIchikyo Somebody screwed up, IMO, since Soulcalibur 2 came out before NxC, and this costume is definitely Cassandra's. Then again, it IS namco, and they can do whatever they want with their characters if you think about it.

VP Lenneth is the only one made by Tri Ace/Enix which is now owned by SquareEnix. Remake was done by SE as was VP: Silmeria and VP:(the one for the DS, which btw is a great game) Pretty SE still makes quality games (FFX-2 is an exception) but alas opinions are like buttholes everyone has one. yours just happens to suck.
Well, some of these tunes don't really sound like a fight at all, this one sounds like a hero theme, Kolona's is like a workout, not killing enemies (or imposters). But it's the choices the composers make..
