Look at MLB batters when they swing at a low pitch. Are their eyes level? Heck no. The angle (or tilt) of the shoulders, bat, and eyes are all nearly identical. They run parallel to each other. The lower the pitch, the more extreme the tilt of all three elements - eyes, shoulders, and bat. Are there exceptions? Of course. But the photos don’t lie. In fact, it’s would be very difficult to hit a low pitch with level eyes. Again, look at the video evidence. In the vast majority of swings, (on low pitches) the head/eyes will be tilted. That being said, it is equally true that the higher the pitch the more level the eyes, shoulders, and bat angle will be. Good luck. God bless.
Stay till the end for the Secret of Hitting!

Not talking about when they swing. Talking about at set up when they are looking at the pitcher.
