Creation Healthy Heritage Menu 2022

This is the subtitle to Creation’s unique Healthy Heritage Menu that was launched on the 1st of September. And yes, it does refer to spring. And also to the fresh, locally sourced produce always to be found on the Creation menus. But September is of course Heritage Month in South Africa. And so the inspirational subtitle also refers to the ‘good things’ in our culinary heritage and how worthwhile it is to rediscover and reinvent them, explains Creation owner, Carolyn Martin.
