If it doesn't feed the paper, the printer needs to be turned off and back on again to close the out tray to get access to the feed trays, flaw 1.. I've followed all trouble shooting directions and the printer still won't feed, flaw 2.. this printer is massively over complicated which is a sign of bad engineering, flaw 3.. I've followed all of the trouble shooting guide, wasting hours of my time and the printer tries to feed and did feed normally for the first few test photos but now it doesn't feed anymore, not a good look for a brand new printer.. I bought this printer because I needed to print photos for a special occasion and now it needs to be sent back 🤬 I should have just bought new ink cartridges for my several year old 28 dollar Canon printer because it accually works
I have never encountered a printer that was so hopelessly confusing to set up. Absolutely nothing in the instructions or in this video make any sense. I can not finish the installation process. I can not print - ANYTHING! I have setup and used dozens of printers over the years. Never have I seen anything this confusing.
